1) Draws are done based on the economic needs of the province. As long as you meet the eligibility criteria of minimum score; 60, there is hope of getting ITA.
2) Cut-off scores are pegged based on the NOC, occupation in demand, number of candidates in the SINP pool, PNP quota etc.
3) Max out IELTS, have Masters degree, have a connection to the province through; work, study or family members.

I recently became a widow with 4 children and I'd like to leave to Canada via the study route. How do I prove home ties as I can't imagine leaving my children behind.

How much POF will be sufficient for me and my 4 children please,I mean POF excluding school fees.

-2. if you are doing both general and level 3 at the same time, then you need 2 passports, one for each

-3. copies of your credentials, a set for each general hse and hse 3

-4. you can fill the form at their office.
