modelmike7:My dear, these people are taking Nigerians for a free ride, CBN did their own and many jobless Nigerians allowed it glide. just watch how even those who borrowed money to load their phones will come here to defend this government. Emefiele did his his own in CBN did you hear any comment from PMB on that? in an era where millions are job hunting and the employed are being fired. the Irony is that PMB is busy chasing rat outside while mad corruption is on-going under his watch. in his mind, he has appointed saints. I am a contractor...Every major contract in Defense must be signed by NSAs office...I thought they will focus on security and intelligence gathering but the present NSA has same powers Dasuki had and milked us dry (Awarding and signing contracts). You cant get your papers approved without greasing hands. a lot is going on but the clueless ones will type rubbish in defence of the government even when they are hungry |

People should remember that Buhari retired the officer that said he can't find his certificate in his military file in the guise that he and others got themselves involved in partisan politics. Nigerians now know that the man was right anyway. If Buhari has his certificate, he should produce it or quietly resign before the court embarrass him. our law is clear on minimum requirement for presidency. He has killed his integrity with this singular act Mallam Nuhu Ribadu wrote on former President Goodluck Jonathan this morning: please read. "People say a lot about him (President Goodluck Jonathan) that is not true. For instance, I don’t think that a single act of corruption can be traced to him as an individual. I know that he is the only president in recent years who did not allocate a single oil bloc to anybody, not to talk of himself. And these are the areas where you can tell corruption in its true colour. He did not allocate oil bloc to himself, family or friends up till now. He also did not give a single marginal field to himself or anybody else even though he is the only president that comes from the Niger Delta where the oil is coming from.......I know for a fact that President Jonathan does not have a single property anywhere abroad or any huge business in Nigeria. He does not own a university and none of his children are schooling abroad. It is therefore so unfair the way he is being painted because of politics." Culled from Premium Times. |

error or no error...many will reverse on seeing this.... stories that touch is not good for the ear |
Mark my word...Most Governors will start shouting by the time we enter last quarter of the year. Governors will soon stop using convoy because people will stone them..... Dialogue is forever better than violence. While the Ijaw youth council wrote several open letters to mr President to rethink his actions on Niger Delta maritime university and many other issues... Some mofos cheered him on ..The new Sheriff is in town... They forgot that you need money to fight and sustain war. Nigetia is broke. With less than 26 billion in reserve you can't allow crisis start if you have sense. He is a general, a no nonsense man. He will crush them like Bokoharam. ..almost two months now..The pipelines are still up in flame...Our president is still looking for health in UK.... Beg those boys....Ondo people will never go violent. But for the North. ..it will be a disaster when the starvation start. |
MKO4ever:You don't have to display your bigotery, I only ask for clarification. are you suggesting by this balderdash you wrote that my friend and neighbour who has 3 degrees and a distinguished young Nigerian in every sense of success understands a bit of English. why leave the subject of discuss to show your idiocy. there is a mosque in my street in Abuja yet my friends and neigbours go to national mosque every friday, drive pass many other mosques on the way to national mosque. but your bigotery won't allow you think. every religion have a central place where they travel to worship the question is why call one Yoruba mosque and the other normal name. sensible people have responded on the likely reason |
una for just leave this man to rest....whats the essence of reporting this now...to gain him more insults we like wahala sha |
Rxpetite:The north sees southwest muslims as second class muslims. come to Abuja and see how many Yoruba mosques exists. I leave close to one in Wuse 2. got talking with Abdul a core muslim from Kano one afternoon on Friday, he said he was going to mosque and wanted me to shift my car. I said shift my car when the mosque is just down the road. He said he cant go to a Yoruba mosque....I said whats the ish with it. He said he just cant go there. that thing puzzles me till today. In fact I keep wondering why we have Yoruba mosque in the first place. that is segregation can any core muslim educate me please. why are Yoruba and Edo muslims very civil |
Goke7:why exactly are you taking it personal. the intellectual debate on the subject is purely opinionated with varying perspectives...here you are exacting your usual aggression. when you are ready to use your intellect, wake me. who is happy that those boys are causing all of pain. |
Don't try that...those children will curse you. there is no good news coming from here and you know it. I attempted bringing my family back from UK in 2014 and my son said will Bokoharam kill us in Nigeria? that was how I suspended their return till date. Its even worst today economically to move from heaven to hell. |
Goke7:I have spoken to a few Niger Deltans with a view to pacifying few class mates I knew were mad those days. they are resolved to continue. the side of this crisis you are not looking at is that, youi need money to engage in any war and win. you need to buy arms either in cash or in exchange for crude oil. these boys are grounding that. never forget it will take years to rebuild whatever they are destroying now. Bokoharam war is totally different from this because there was money to fund the military, although Dasuki and co had a swell time. the source of the money or crude is the Delta. Our chief enemy now is Iran. that nation doesn't forgive. If those boys ground the economy and get military hardware and support from Iran and other Shi'ite nations, It will be a long fight. South Sudan (which had the oil) fought for their resource control for 17 years and UN had no option than carve them out for peace to reign. |
rubbish, You people should better call those boys and talk with them before its too late. by December, we will all be using kerosene lamp or torch light to see. why did you allow it to degenerate to this point before negotiating. |
Goke7:You are not being sincere with your analysis. the government ceasefire is not any tactics, they are totally clueless on how to engage them. We have not understood their modus operandi. its a terrain the military will have to study more to understand the wirings of the pipeline. they withdrew because human casualties will be recorded if they persist and the NDA has not killed any civilian. If the military kills civillians in this cause, they will totally loose the support of the west and media. currently the armed forces are clueless on how to tackle the issue. |
Problem don too plenty for this country. |
why cant our intelligence team track the IP Address of these tweets and website. It appears the whole thing is shrouded in grand conspiracy. My chief suspicion remains on Iran. that country said it clearly that we will pay for how we treated their Shi'ite brothers.... I dey observe |

Buhari should assemble his economic team asap. all these meetings are exercise in futility. You cant tell a private investor not to adjust to economic realities. CBN took away, COT charge by banks, FG introduced TSA and that marked beginning of trouble for our banks that are largely public sector fund driven. all over the world, Governments pay attention to banking sector because the drive the monetary policy of the government. When Citi bank of America laid off almost 3000 staff in 2009, the shotlisted another 2000, but before they did that, Obama knew the consequence of job loss in the economy. it will negate his campaign to create jobs. The American government gave a bail out to 5 ailing banks and 4 ailing companies. does FG have any bail out for banks?, if not its a meeting in futility. |
ok |
How sustainable is this project looking at the current economic realities. we always put the cart before the horse and that's why we are on auto reverse. why not focus on reviving the economy so that parents can be busy and cater for their children. States in Nigeria have tried this project and it failed woefully. Buhari needs a serious economic team. without it all these happening is jamboree. we are going down for his ineptitude and cluelessness. by the end of June we will be in full fledged recession if we record another negative ratio in GDP. |
How will Buhari tell any other public official not to travel for medical reasons |
Samuel Iyoriobhe Thomas writes of the beheaded Deeper Life woman in Kano market. She was a quiet woman. The wife of a senior pastor in the Deeper Life Bible Church. She respected people and sold her goods by the roadside. Her quiet and respectful demeanor drew customers to her stall. Then, someone, an unknown enemy, who might have been uncomfortable with her shine or ethnicity or religion, peddled a false rumour that ignited the maddening mob of religious fanatics against her. It was said that she blasphemed against Prophet Mohammed when she humbly asked Muslims to kindly spare the front of her shop while they perform ablution with their kettles. So, they came, ambushed and beheaded the quiet woman and held her head aloft. An innocent woman who knew nothing about the accusations against her. What a world. What a nation where people believe rumours hook, line and sinker, and go a step further to act out debauchery based on these unsubstantiated rumours. Believe me, there is hell and in hell, people who talk about other people in malicious ways, without substantial (not circumstantial) evidence of what they are saying, have a special spot they burn in there. And there is a God whose anger will consume the machinations of the wicked. No matter how righteous you may claim to be, avoid besmearing people's reputation. It can lead to something bad happening to them. And the judgement will come back to you in mysterious ways, whether you know what you have done or not. So many innocent people have been killed by ignorant mobs in Nigeria. So many innocent people have been labelled bad by ignorant mobs in Nigeria. I believe there is hell and very many people will be thrown in there, including self-righteous people and hypocrites. The mind of man is indeed wicked and it takes very real men to swim above wickedness and be human, irrespective of religious beliefs. Honestly, I think that religion has done more harm than good to the world. But, we continue to exist. We continue.... After raping Ese Oruru repeatedly and getting her pregnant, this is the remorse we get. If this was done by a southerner to a Muslim girl, the death toll would be approaching 200 at least. . I can see that your ONE NIGERIA is really saving lives,,,,,,,,,,, GOD deliver those who say NO TO RESTRUCTURING NIGERIA, please Lord |
Rare to come by. 21 years no be akaraoke. .. Congratulations |
My own point is...does it make sense to allow these boys destroy every thing and then you say you are willing to negotiate with them. Why wait |
