Sorry, how did you know there was a charge back, did the agent tell you? Because these agents will never disclose anything.

TIM masters Program at Carelton University, No tuition fees deposit at all.

Previously studied in the UK, also 5yrs ban from the UK.

I tried to use the services of a Canadian Immigration agent and She told me point blank that she won't take my case because its a waste of money and I won't get it. Hmmm Clearly she isn't God. Indeed there is a God and indeed he answers prayers.

Gurus please I want to ask if this is a refusal or not. In 2017 a person was issued to 2 years US visit visa and he used it and stayed in the US for 2 month and few weeks and came back to Nigeria before the visa expired. Coming back then Donald trump changed the rules that if you want to renew your us visa you must do an interview again, those who are familiar with this US stuff know that you don't need an interview to renew your visa but trump changed it then. So he went to renew the visa with an interview and the Vo told him that he won't renew the visa because one of his family over in the US is filling for a permanent stay for him and his family. So my question is, is this a refusal or not, do you put yes or no in the imm form if they ask if you have been refused before. The thing is kinda confusing

N/B: sent three webforms; one to Lagos before I knew about this platform and the other two to Nairobi. The first webform to Nairobi, I mentioned my Medicals I did in June. That week, they changed my medicals to passed.
I attached my IELTS result (wrote on the 3rd of July; overall 8.0 band) to the last webform.

Unfortunately, this is one of the "benefits" you get when you use an agent..

Agents do not carry their applicants along with their application, they tend to make you know everything is going on well, whereas things are not going on well with such application... And there is no how such applicants can know what's going on because this set of "Wicked people" have side-lined applicants from knowing anything that goes on with their applications..

I had an instance of an applicant that came crying to me that is there anything I can do that his application came with a 5 year Ban just because his agent was evil all through his application... His agent applied with a fake account and after some months IRCC sent the applicant PFL to explain the SOA he submitted, but because the applicant used an agent and he never knew what was going on, he didn't get the message but the agent got the Message and didn't do anything... It was when he ordered for his GCMS notes that he saw that IRCC had issues with the SOA IRCC requested for an updated SOA, and when he couldn't provide an updated SOA within the Timeframe, then IRCC landed him a 5 year Ban... I told him there is nothing I could do after a ban, as I am not the PM of Canada neither am I an MP.. I only guide applicants from start to finish in applying for their Study visa and getting it..

I am sure your agent didn't use your email to be getting info from IRCC, am sure he didn't give you ur UCI or application number... Just pray he hasn't done anything in your application that will warrant a ban..

I will advise you order for your GCMS notes to see and know what is actually going with your application and also to know if IRCC has requested for any document...

Truth be told, that agent will keep you in the dark all through the processing of your application..

He gave me the Uci number and he also showed me the proof of submission maybe I am just feeling insecure due to what I have read here

If he was recommended by your family friend, I think you should respect the relationship and trust the agent to the end.

Hi everyone, I have a problem, I chatted my agent few days ago that I need to know if there is any update on my application and he replied that there is no update to report though I submitted my application July, I know that it might be to early to be expecting anything but am just anxious, I want to be looking at my application everyday, I also want to know should Incase IRCC is asking for any additional documents but this guy is not telling me anything, he is just saying the application is in process, am sure that if I ask him for my gckey details he is most likely to decline, so should I just retrieve the account from him without him knowing or I should be patient. He was recommended by a family friend who is now in Canada through this agent and this agent is based in Canada. Please I need your suggestions. It is just that I joined this platform after I submitted my application and I saw that alot of people have condemned this agents or else I would have done it myself

Please if you are a June applicant and have not deferred your admission please make sure you have done upfront medicals o.
Classes commenced on the 7th of Sept. I must confess it's not been easy taking classes from here. I had to send a webform with my tuition, and enrolment letter attached.

For those that are still expecting please don't give up, keep believing God and you will surely get it.
