You mean Nigerian embassy in Germany or which one? To be honest the service I got when I visited Nigerian embassy in Dublin was first class. I applied for Ecowas passport online via Dublin instead of London. Got to the embassy in Dublin and left with passport same day... it was like magic. That was in 2015 if am not mistaken.
