I don't [/b]think[b] F/G/C scholarship award is going to be according to state since the schools are the once to decide who they want. But the UK award [/b]might[b] be state wise, since ptdf are paying entirely for the candidate will little or no subsidy from the schools.

Last year Msc had their test on the 8th of July and the list was released on the 6th of September, 1month and 28days

Last year PhD had their interview between 24th and 28th of July and the list was released on the 6th of September, 1month and 8days

This year, FGC had their interview between 9th and 13th of April, today is 13th June, that is 2 months...

Why all the fuzz about publications. As for academic publications - in the developed world, if you have one then it is assumed you have started a PhD or some other postgraduate research related program except you are talking about textbooks, novels, biographies, "handouts", "leaflets" and those made in the newspaper .
When you become a true researcher then you can start making genuine publications. That's the ideal thing.
