Anyone else unable to see any date at all on the tls website for biometric appointment?

Hi, I’m in the process of applying for a spouse visa for my partner. While submitting document for UK NARIC/Ecctis, can he submit a student copy transcript (student copy not official copy boldly written on it) or it has to be an official transcript as Unilag is taking forever to upload the official transcript
