I have a question pls. My mom applied in 2020(paper application). Checked her tracker now , and it shows that 2 messages have been sent to her on June 7 and 8. Her visa details has also been updated. The issue is she didn’t get any mail, I guess cos it was paper application. My question is , what should she do? . I will appreciate responses. Thank you

A consent letter/parent ID was requested and i sent everything, despite that i had sent all the documents initially.
Hopefully we get responses on how to deal this situation.

I think the issue here was you have successfully uploaded the document to the IRCC portal but this was not transmitted to IRCC. I remember someone i was trying to assist had this same issue last year. When IRCC request additional documents from you, there is a button to click next after you have uploaded the documents and it shows replacement provided. You are still suppose to click next till it takes you to a page you type in your full name in capital letters (like you are signing) and it is submitted. Just the same process when you initially applied. The only difference this time is you wont be making any payment.

You can action as angie88 has suggested. Since a decision has been made, write a one page letter of appeal for a reconsideration and explain the situation to them. attaching the documents. Keep sending by e-mail and webform till an agent responds.

Yes I signed and it was updated to documents provide and the link for upload disappeared . Hence my suprise when I read the reason for refusal. Between, He’s a 1year old . I will keep sending the web form . Thank you

This has been what I have been on with them since. U should have sent them mail to follow it up. After I uploaded,it was still showing "replacement provided" rather than "replacement received", I had to follow it up with emails and webform. Today, they sent a mail that it has been received and d replacement changed to received after 18days. Send them mails and webform oo

Good morning all,
I applied for my visitor’s visa for my son and letter of request for birth certificate and parental consent was requested for . This were uploaded on his application portal and transmitted .
However I got a refusal mail this morning saying the documents were not provided despite the portal showing replacement provided .
What do I do . Thanks

From lexus forum 2010 to 2015 RX350 has a sealed transmission you aren't supposed to change the transmission fluid but

1. Some suggested changing it at 100k km but check the condition any color deviation from Pink then there is no crime changing it. Once it's out of warranty you know you are on ur own

2. When the vehicle is used for towing, it should be changed at 60k miles.

Yes the transmission has a drain and fill plug at the top of the transmission which can be accessed from under the vehicle after the plastic protection covers have been removed, a dealer device is used to change it while using a laser guide device to check the temp of the transmission with the vehicle in on position.

For DIY (which ur kazeem would probably follow) he unbolts the plus and replace exactly the amount he put using toyota WS fluid nothing more.

From the temp error, scan vehicle first, clear codes and drive if error doesn't come back, no slipping in gear and transmission fluid is pink, please leave changing of the fluid and enjoy your vehicle.

Thank you. I got the car scanned and they couldn’t find anything . They referred me to another technician who concluded that one of the fans was bad and responsible for the alarm . He has changed it , I sincerely hope that solves the problem

Dear Lexus family , I use a Lexus RX 350 2012 model. Some weeks back on the highway, the alarm went off with message “transmission fluid temperature high” something like that . The gear master says it’s the gear oil that needs to be changed but people are warning against that, saying Lexus oil doesn’t need to be changed . Has anyone experienced this how did you solve it . Thank you
