I think the whole idea is very romantic and cute

but personally, I don't dig them. I had a friend once that would always bring me flowers and i would just abandon the thing on the fridge and it will just die there, until one day when he came up into ma apartment and saw the dead thingy there. He told me why didn't I tell him that I don't appreciate flowers. .

Next time he came again and brought more flowers and I was sooo close to smacking him with them.

Not the money spent on it, don't know what different flowers signifys, I just have the time to keep grooming them and watering them.
Heck, I'm hardly ever home.
