Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Pwc Graduate Tax Apprenticeship Programme 2019 Thread by BUSYBRAIN2(m): 11:26pm On May 30, 2019
I have few questions guys.
I understand this is a Tax Apprenticeship role. In the job advert, this is a Contract job; I need to understand that. Also, it is stated that after one year successful candidate will ne moved to level 2. Question is, what happens to others?

How is this mode of entry different from the normal Graduate Trainee positions.

Answers please...

Guys please urgent answers.

Is the bio data just a page? After filling the first page, I clicked next it scanned and stopped. Didn't take me to a next page and didn't say successful/completed either. So I tapped the backspace key once and the page disappeared totally.

I have updated it successfully?
Should I loggin again?

in the first mail they sent they said if you are successful in the online assessment test you will be invited for an ASSESSMENT CENTER in Lagos from on 2nd-17 November depending on your schedule but from what I can see in this second mail they sent we will be going for another assessment, a "CENTER BASED ASSESSMENT" which is not the same thing as an "assessment center" which they promised earlier on. For those who don't know the difference between the two the center based assessment is just like the Normal aptitude test you know while an assessment center is a combination of various activities done in a single day which aims at testing the eligibility/suitability of candidate (s) for a particular post, example of activities done during an assessment center are computer based test (just like the normal aptitude test you know), group discussion, essay writing, presentation, and competency based test ( that is one on one INTERVIEW with the prospective employer). I really don't know why they are twisting the whole thing, why will they promise one thing and deliver another?
You took all these outa my mouth, brother...

I'll be putting in close to 20k from PH. Is not a joking something o. I gotta know exact what this is bringing.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Top Talent Recruitment By Workforce by BUSYBRAIN2(m): 9:33pm On Oct 30, 2017
I got the mail too. But my worry is that I'm in PortHarcourt...
Can I call in for a reschedule?
Is it worth the stress?

I'm sorry I had to ask the second question because if you read the content of the mail as well as the top talent portal, it kinda looks like the scheme is to get a ready pool of top graduates where they'll pick from should there be an opportunity. And not like there's one at the moment. I could be wrong

Please advice. The Economy is hard.

Just did the test.

Advice: Keep your eyes on the time so you'll know just how you're going. Don't be unnecessarily fast so you don't tick the wrong answers. 4 mins is fine with Verbal. Maybe not for Numerical and abstract, but you'll be just fine...After all, it's about Grace!

Please, does the working style assessment attract any point?

[quote author=chosen22 post=57037553]You are soo pessimistic in nature. This was your write-up earlier:

MICHAELBELGIUM:
i hope they are not planning on sending me regret mail.

You can keep your pessimistic words to yourself. I know you would have said on the 25 May that no mail will come in after they stopped sending it that day but to your amazement, mail where send the next day.

If they don't send mail today doesn't mean they can't do it tomorrow. When I was going through First Bank graduate recruitment thread(their last recruitment), the was some people who did not received the success message when it was send but latter got invite message for interview when they started sending interview (date, place and time) message.

So if you have this view that your success message won't come, please keep such notion to yourself for others are thinking otherwise which will indeed come to pass to them.

Also if you do not get your info from a reliable source, you better keep it to yourself but if you are merely speculating, let the house know that you are speculating.

This words also goes to that person who says INTERVIEW will be in July and makes this thread to almost turn into a desert due to his false info.

I'm sorry if my write up might have hurt anyone, I'm just venting my own view any way.

Keep hope alive prospective colleagues.

God Bless You.

Please my system trips off when I'm using it on battery. The battery used to be lasting but of a sudden it can move from 70 to 56% within seconds and soon after it will just trip off.

But that doesn't happen if I'm plugged to a power source.

Sometimes at startups it show a battery alert saying: Your battery is critically low. Internal(primary) battery error code 601

What do I do please?
I'm using HP Probook4540s
