I have been using clean and clear cleanser with skineal. I can't do without it, am so used to it. recently I was asked to stop using all that, I should just use water and soap to wash my face. I realized that since I stopped using the cleanser and stuff.... my face has been scratching me.....mY face is so sensitive , and if I scratch it , it will get swollen.

pls wat can I do to my sensitive face and also I have sun burn on my face.pls help me, I want to have a glowing and radiant face. am light in complexion.

Greenfriend you need to get to this.

All I can say is you need to know that once you stop using something your skin has gotten accustomed to, chances are you skin will go into shock. So whatever you choose to use, make sure it's pH balanced and super gentle on your skin.

Aveeno, st Ives, cetaphil, and palmers (body lotion)

Neutrogena naturals facial cleanser, the body shop tea tree facial wash, and simple facial products are great for cleansing your face & neck. Add a toner if you can.

Dark skin beauties need to exfoliate and wear sunscreen too Hun. So get yourself any of your choice: spa salt, scrub, Amlactin, lactic acid, sunscreen lotion etc.

blessedfavoured: Here I was thinking i was d only one with the darker face problem. Looks like they just placed my face on my neck. Learning to live with it sha. It started after i used bp for my acne.
But throw that one week thing out of the window, except you plan to use steriods. I dont think any natural and safe lightening cream will lighten you four shades in a week.

U can try exfoliating with la lotion at 5%-8% i currently mix my amlactin with jergens on my face but the jergens is making me breakout like crazy!! But my face is a teeny bit brighter. So now I'm thinking of mixing the lactic acid with my body shop tea tree wash to use am&pm and try the carotein fade cream 3sha4lyf recommended.

My only problem with carotein is that I might have to use it forever??

@Greenfriend and @3sha4lyf both gave good recommendations. I would only add Retin A gel 0.05% (if you are new to retin A) and a good sunscreen. And for the fashion conscious ones, throw on your shades when leaving the house. It'll keep the sensitive skin around your eyes protected from sun's uva/ uvb rays.

Legacy44: I have been using a particular cream for a month now. The name is Pure Skin...Hydroquinone free(Hydratant and Anti-taches) produced by Morgan and Thompson. Its been lightning up my face for quite some time, altho i am fair naturally but my face has always been darker due to the suuny weather av been predisposed to. It has beeen making my face and the rest of my body uniform.

Everyone says am bleaching which am not at all convinced tho i would like to knw ur advice. Below are the ingredients of the creme

So remind me, what other original Kojie Sam soap do you mean isn't less than 500ngn? Can I remind u that there's the one with a blue lady on it, says its anti ageing. So, helloooo... Let's calm down here before I freely distribute the retailer's contact here.
