[quote author=Damysa post=123047702]Congratulations!! I tap into your grace. The document you submitted, did you arrange them in the order in which you wrote them out here under client information. I am thinking how best to arrange my documents to tell my story better. Also, what reasons did you and your wife give to reunite, especially because you have finished school. Please anyone with suggestions can also chime in. Thank you [quote] Hi… @Damysa, I arranged her documents exactly in this order. Some of the reasons I remembered saying were: 1) Haven’t been with each other for a long time. (We married Oct 2022) 2) The distance is affecting our mental health and well-being. 3) Se intend to start a new life together and experience new things together. 4) Our situation can break our home and lead to mortal sin against God and marriage (adultery). You can build around these and more as that was what I intentionally did to uproar my wife’s application. It will surely end in praises |

MumDofontario: Hello @mumdofontario, you can always go ahead and put in your SOWP application and when his PGWP is out, you can attach that via a Webform and send to them. That’s also what we did but in the case of my TRV because it expired a month after submission. We renewed here and attached via Webform to Nairobi. 1 Like |

PPR Alert for SOWP. I type this with sim much joy and pleasure as my wife’s SOWP was just approved. We got married sometime last year and I also graduated from a DLI last year but because I did flagpole at the American boarder, and didn’t have a recognized NOC (TEER) job, we couldn’t apply as we knew it would be straight rejection. Not until after Canada announced that anyone could apply after February 1st as long as you have an eligible PGWP. We decided to wait till then, and filled in the application late February. After several weeks and months and sending personal emails and webforms, Canada decided to give us our love yesterday yesterday. For those interested in applying with their spouse, be it married for a longtime or just got married, please and please, put in that application. You would be surprised at the outcome. PS: We also contacted the MP in Burnaby, New Westminster and Central Vancouver to expedite our process and we only got feedback from one of them. Although, we feel that also impacted our timeline. Below is our timeline: Submitted: 26th of February Biometrics: 27th of February Upfront Medicals: 14th of February Updated on the portal: 29th of February Sent first Webform and emails: 9th of April Second Webform and emails: 30th of April Reply from Nairobi: 1st of May Eligibility review started: 3rd of May 1st Ghost Update: 3rd of May 2nd Ghost Update: 4th of May Correspondence Letter: 5th of May Original Passport Request: 5th of May DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED. * All IMM Forms * My wife’s international passport * Passport photo Client Information. * My wife’s affidavit of return * Letter of Application (5 pages) * My wife’s resume * Her certificate of origin * Her NIN certificate * Letter of reference from previous employer * Her fathers Deed of Assignment * Her siblings birth certificate * Screenshot of my business on Instagram and Twitter and what she sells (Bedding Linens) * Her academic transcripts and certifications * WAEC results * Her NYSC certificate * Her primary school leaving certificate * Certificates from online courses (care jobs, digital marketing, and Google Analytics) * Pictures of her volunteering activities and with her colleagues * Spouse International Passport, * My British Columbia ID card. * My SIN * MY student visa and study permit * My passport photo * My employment letter * My work permit * My birth certificate * Completion letter from my DLIInstitution * My American Visa * My Tax certificates for 2022 * My land documents. * My sworn affidavit of bachelorhood. Sonsynas: Hi @sonsynas..... Concerning your first issue in doing a second Masters even though with a Second Class Upper, I would use my case to give you my advice. I graduated from Cambridge in my Undergrad and just rounded up my Masters last year in Dublin. I would advice you to get a MSc course/program which aligns with your previous Masters (depending on when you finish) as I did and tell the VO why and why that program will be of immense development to you as a person. I will give you an example. I am a Lawyer, yeah, but I opted to Business in my first Masters and applied for the MBA program with UCwest and even though i was discouraged that it wasnt a good idea, I can tell you today, I am currently in Canada waiting for the July session to begin. In other words, all these boils down to how you present your SOP and PLEASE...try to make a very convincing argument in your study plan. I hope this helps?? About your second issue, sorry i am very much single and dont know much about family immigration. The gurus and others in the house can aid you further. It will surely end in praise. 7 Likes |

Teeprecious: Hi @Teeprecious, raising a webform is sufficient enough to inform IRCC of your new development but on the contrary, it is also at your own discretion to send via email, if you choose too. Personally, I will send also via Email but like i said, it is up to you. I hope this helps?? It will surely end in praise. |
