Bros pijay, is this a mere speculation or info from a reliable source? Today marks the end of this week and the list is not out contrary to speculations. Going by the update on the joinnigeriannavy website, It is likely that list may not be published until the sales of the recruitment form for the ratings (which has not started ) is concluded- which is likely to be 4 weeks after the commencement of the sales of forms.#Hope deferred makes the heart sick.

Who said it's on that page that the list will b published, do u know about navy.mil.ng? The list will come as a news on that page and also b published in newspaper...... Moreover the week has not ended, the shortlisting for the screening was released on a Saturday morning officially (14/11/2015 11.32am)

I think am in a very good position to advise u. I started my career with FCMB. I regretted all of the blessed day I spent there. I learnt nothing. The stress is there but what is more stressful abt it is the trauma that comes with the almighty target.....Mondays are hell days. Sundays are rapture days and ending of the month are judgment day.
All the training periods are Childs play. By the time ure 3 months into the jobs, u will know that police is ur friend when soldier slaps u.
I call banking career a closed career. What do I mean? Except u work in another financial institutions, its hard to fit in well in other sectors (am not talking of IT, and some other support professions). Because nothing that much to gain until u get to the top level.
I moved 8 months later to FMCG sector where I am for over 5yrs. The beautiful thing abt these 5 yrs is that I have worked in more than 4 coys with 2 multi nationals included. Its easier to move in FMCG and the kind of training and more importantly exposure to the realities of this world u will get is incomparable.
In conclusion, If u believe in a God, talk to Him but if u wanna follow me, go to NBC.

NBC is Nigeria Bottling Company.....
D position offered for access is d normal graduate Trainee of which av gotten deir 10 accounts of 200k each......
For NBC, I don't know d position offered yet, I was sent a mail to go for d medical..... Though I applied for the graduate Trainee position advertised few months back.....
I plan to continue wit my access bank training school and do my medical for NBC to b sure of wat position offered.

I just started access bank training school yesterday and NBC sent me an offer today, which one shud I go for please? I need conclusion base on job security and working terms.

Yes my age declaration is in 2015 bt my waec certificate is since 2007 and I know A lady that came on monday and was nt disqualified

I feel wen age declaration was done is not a criteria for disqualification except if d person in question looks older dan d age declared.
I declared my age 6days to d opening of d camp and I was nt disqualified though my primary school certificate bears d same date.
If at d panel ur age was questioned, dat means something is wrong.

To all dat was disqualified, God knows best..... I'm sure d guy dat passed out if given a second chance would av choose to be disqualified.

Any new about the race contestants.

D race dis time is longer (about 4km) wit more time duration: 1st Box - 0-20mins, 2nd Box - 21-25mins, 3rd Box - 30mins and above
After which we did Push up, bumpy jump and sit up.... To make good point, u av to do at least 32 for all
Unfortunately, we lost a candidate.... He fainted and died after he got to d stop point.
All candidates were given 5k each and released.

Thank God for d 2 weeks

For d activities so far......
D first thing is documentation at d registration office after which dey use d first 2days to check our certificates
Later we report daily at d health center and sit in d sun on d grass till we r fortunate to be call upon (it's done state by state)
D committee actually scheduled d first 3 days for medicals and certificate verification but d time line was nt met so dey started one on one interview on Friday....... On dat same friday night, we wrote an essay, dis time d topic was "d experience so far in Nigerian naval college"
We muster every morning for instructions for d day and d questions for d interview has been as deir mind leads dem though dey repeat questions...... D questions will first b professional questions and den current affairs

Presently lying in my room cos I av faced d panel, so we retire to our room everyday once deir is no activity for ur state for dat day

For the test, if asked to write an essay, for God's sake don't just muddle up your points. Try to write a well outlined essay. Your subheadings should be clear enough. Don't exceed ONE PAGE. Don't forget to include INTRODUCTION and CONCLUSION.
