That's the same mistake previous governments made. Every minister needs to operate under a template created by the presidency, else they'll end up inventing their own projects for selfish interest. That's why you have many abandoned projects. Ministers need to be given a clear cut objective of why they're being hired to head the ministry. Only a strategic government knows this. You have to give a minister some mandate, you don't just appoint them to come sit I too of an existing flawed system and operate, you will end up like the previous government, and that's exactly where you critics want him to end up.

In 1 or 2 months time when the APC led FG finally rests the subsidy program, I hope they also have the decency to tender a full and unreserved apology to the GEJ administration.
When he proposed removing the subsidy in 2012 this same opposition demonized him.
