Gurus in the house, is it possible to add my younger brother who has been dependent on me and is less than 18 to my application? A friend of mine in Canada just told me this is possible and most of the research I’ve done online hasn’t yielded much. I’m asking on this particular thread, cos I believe most of the people here already live in Canada and will be able to have more information. Please guys I need answers. Thank you in advance |

mcstan18: There's a placeholder that stands alone underneath the others. It states that you should upload any other documents or letters of explanation, where necessary. You may click on the help icon after the placeholders to know what each requires of you. Thank you |

Bybee: While filling Post ITA, I selected by correspondence, so there’s no space for Uk PCC but I still want to attach an LOE as my ECA report states UK as country of Study. My question is under what folder will I upload the LOE? @ednut1 please I really need your help on this. Thanks in advance |

Is it necessary to add a layover, in which I spent a night in the layover country in my travel history? For example, I’m traveling to USA and I have an overnight layover in Cairo where they put us in a hotel for the night and we continue the journey the next day, do I need to include Cairo in my travel history being that it was just a layover ? Thank you. @graciouswords @ednut1 |

mcstan18: If it is stated that your job was paid, then i suggest you include a few (random) months' payslips. That way, your evidence will be more persuasive. However, if you can persuade your HR to issue a more befitting letter, then that'd be much better. It wasn’t stated. I’m thinking if the last 6 months before my resignation would be okay |

GraciousWords: IRCC requires it on the letter. If it is not there then find replacement evidence e.g. pay slips or bank statements where salary is highlighted. Or any other evidence that shows you were paid by the company you are claiming your NOC from. Thank you. Will the last 6 months before I resigned suffice? Thanks in advance |

It doesn’t say paid, just employment. Every other thing is there except salary as the day it’s against their policy to include that. Confused really |

Hi guys, my reference letter from my previous employer doesn’t contain my annual salary as requested by IRCC. Will this fly or do or what do I need to do? |

Dear All, please I want to use proceeds from the sale of my car as POF but I just discovered from the proof of ownership of the car that my name is not properly arranged. My middle name is first, my surname is in the middle and my first name is last. Will this be an issue? And what can I do to remedy it?
Thanks in advance |

Jarus maybe u shd find a way that people can contact you directly. I don't see anything wrong in someone not satisfied, crying out. I think you should learn from this rather than being extremely defensive and arrogant. First rule of business; don't take it personal |
