Responsibilities
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Attend meetings where review meetings of sales activities are done.
- Good Proficiency of technical knowledge of products and services being sold and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Ensure regular updates on your knowledge based of the products to ensure confidence while engaging customers.


Requirements
- Not older than 29years (at time of application)
- B.Sc / ND in Computer Science, Marketing / Sales or related field would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Mandatory)
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently and also function as a good team player when working in a group.
