Go for Panasonic inverter AC

You won’t regret it baba

I'm sorry but I've already canceled. Not interested again

Firstly, I bought a 1.5hp LG inverter ac, hoping my 3kva gen. would power it without stress... It didn't.
Also, it has a Gen mode which reduces compressor power (and cooling) but my healthy 3kva still couldn't power it.
Secondly, it doesn't cool as well as the conventional ac's (even by their own admission)... It cools like a good ceiling fan when the windows are open.
Thirdly, in one year, they've had to do 3 gas refills.
Finally, it has a common complaint of leakage from the indoor and outdoor units.

As for power saving, I'm sure your fan would save you a lot more power.

God bless you. Now I have more reason to cancel. Make I dey manage my industrial standing fan. If I vex, I put am for 3 make e blow me comot from bed.
Thanks a lot and I hope one day, your garden go full with flowers

That brother that said I should stay away from the inverter type, I'll love to hear his regret.

Is yours the norm or the inverter?

Me personally I use Samsung that was brought from south Korea home use not for export
But later found out dat daikin was very good and you can actually put yur outdoor unit very far from the indoor and still get the same cooling but it doesn't apply to other AC
Copper outside unit rocks sha
Is your Samsung the inverter type?

Please I need all info before I can proceed to save 150 grand or loose it

After sales service should be your preference, and Fouani offers that excellently. So I'd advise you go for LG or Hisense. However, do well to avoid the Inverter specs, they're terrible... I'm still regretting.
Kindly share your regret. Your story might make me to cancel as I can't buy the normal one because of prepaid. I might decide to cancel entirely from your experience

Get daikin ac for good
Do they have a showroom or can I get it from cash and carry?

Do they also have a 2hp? I understand some brands don't have
Family / Pls I Need Advice On An AC To Buy by C505: 8:05am On Jan 30, 2021
I'm in a process of acquiring a 2HP inverter AC but I'm looking for a durable and budget friendly make.

paulolee:
understanding christainity is more important than trying to explain it..
was in a church in my state last year, and noticed sometin...
after the normal 2 offerings, the sunday sermon and calling out of first
timers, the pastor did a special call for seed sowing..
he asked people with 500k upwards to come out for special blessings
n few came out, he letter reduced it to 100k n above n more came out
n ended up in 50k n above and seriously prayed n anointed those rich
members..
what pissed me off was when he said "the rest of your with less than
50k should come and drop whatever you have, the lord needs to bless
u more so you your level can be upgraded" and people were rushing to
go and sow seed to get upgraded...
I angrily took my bible n left the church n blessed the northern begger i
saw near the church with 1k and both of us were happy..

am still thinking If some Christians are reading their bible at all..

Remember brother that this is not for us to see. I understand you may still be in your learning process but NEVER tell no one how much you gave the less privileged.
Don't forget the compromise between the left and right hand the holy book emphasized on when giving.
God bless as you

Please I wanted to put my money in Stanbic MMF but my colleague advised me to put it in VGIF as that's what he invests in.

All investors in this VGIF, what are your regrets so far or reason why I shouldn't dive into this.

I went to playstore for their app but quite a number of people have a negative review on their app and it barely got 3.9.... That's bad for an investment platform.

N:B I don't want any positive comment as I've gone through a lot of pages and read what gurus here said. Quite satisfying

I remember joining the haulauge business thread on nairaland many years ago, they used to say the money in it was like blood money but that the truck owner had to practically be a "mad man" to deal with the drivers and their plenty wahala.
It is major challenge for me.

Can you she'd more light sir?

Sir , u can never compare starting a biz such as haulage with a good company like boulos to fg bond at 11.2% . As far as his truck is sound and well managed with all this like insurance put in place , u cant go wrong with it . He can still save 100k monthly in mutual funds and still keep some more profit for himself which he can invest .I hv been a truck owner , haulaging pms to Enugu on aquila ,used my truck , made my money after 2years and sold for 3m after 7yrs frequent usage. Truck is still a viable biz but do the needful and within 6months u can still invest in bonds .

Much appreciated. The only challenge we'll face is getting a good and sound truck and as sir ahib mentioned 4 pages ago, driver.

We're thinking of getting a driver irrespective of whether he's good or bad but the former should outweigh the latter, pay him maybe above what he's expecting to gain his trust even though people can still be terrible when greedy spirits starts putting those thoughts in their heads

Good morning

Please I need the gurus to help me settle this matter.

With the help of a member here, i'm trying to delve into octafx and then this came up

I have 5M and a colleague equally has 5M and we're trying to pool funds together to get a 13 ton trailer for logistics purpose. Made inquiry and we're likely to get one for 6.5M.

My colleague has an old school mate who works at boulox. After an appointment with her, she is eager to help us once we get the trailer and then she'll put us through. Although she made mention of 4 criteria they require which I honestly can't remember. But I'm very aware one is insurance of 2m per trip if my memory serves me well

My question is what are the challenges we're most likely to face owning a truck? Is 10M enough to start up without downsides?
