So my journey started earlier this year when i was weighing 87kg. Not fat though but bulky with protuding tummy which for health issues in latter years, I decided to engage myself in aerobics. Job's done. I have achieved that massive fat loss in 3months months and went from 87 to 78kg even though my target was 80kg.

Sadly for me, I have become lean from fat burning so I decided to re engage myself with some anaerobics to grow muscles instead of fat. But i notice yesterday, i dropped to 76 upon checking my weight. Hence, I need a gym station around ikeja to ogba axis with super heavy equipments like a tractor tyre or battle rope to workout less time

Any one with good ideas

Another colleague of mine lived to regret this: he had issues with his tv and gave it to a trusted tv repairer only for him to notice after repair that all visuals have been inverted. It might sound unbelievable but this is a honest truth. We dey use am yab am till date say him latest technology na to turn tv upside down dey watch. He later dashed it out

What's the fault and how much will I use to fix it? Make these technicians no chop me dry.

I don't know but I'm quite sure majority of LG tv's have this issue to behold. In 9 yrs, I bought 2 brand new LG tv's and what brought their effective usage to an end is this covenant rainbow and they eventually went blind.
My colleague has been using LG since '17 and when I told him to expect this issue, he inclined to an extent but still doubted. A little over a month ago, he rushed me like he was in an emergency case and told me "brother, that thing wey you talk don dey happen to my tv oooo". I told him to check the hdmi first but after the check, he ascertained that it's infected with covenant rainbow.

I have since switched to sony since 6months ago

It's not so convincing brother. You have to pay before you get the opportunity to go see what you're buying and I can't remember if it's refundable or not. It's over a year I checked last but their terms and condition is what I don't key into except they've all changed it.

I still prefer here as everything is flexible and you're not under no subjections plus the fact that you can ask every viable question you wish to ask since you're dealing directly with the owner unlike dclutters who act as an agent
