Okay sis. It’s made from blended yam flour.
You should be able to get the yam flour from people that sell raw food stuff in the market. Another option is to buy from the supermarket.

Preparation is quite easy
Put water in a pot and heat up till it’s boiled. Then take a little out of it and set aside.

Now, get your turning stick and gently add the yam flour in the boiling water gradually while turning it so it doesn’t get lumpy.

When you’re good with the consistency, add a little from the hot water you set aside initially and cover to cook for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Turn it again for a minute and bring down from fire. Then make it smooth with your turning stick a portion into your plate.
