I like that you grow your food yourself. It's really beautiful, honestly.

It just clicked that I actually have healthy soil at home and it is fenced so no fear of goat.
We grow bitter leaf,water leaf, curry and scent leaf, and an orange tree that birds keep eating the fruits.
I'm really interested in that tomatoes, pepper,okro and ugwu segments sha.

Most of the aforementioned crops grew as weed except the bitter leaf that I was given the stick to plant . I'll like to know where one can buy the seeds from? I am in Lagos,by the way.

And that planting in pure water nylon first before transferring. How does that work ma.

Your diary has motivated me to start planting actively.

Concerning the tomato and pepper....I didnt buy the seeds,i squeezed the seeds from the fresh tomatoes I bought,same with the pepper.


Concerning the transplant thingy....I did that because at that planting I hadnt tilt my soil...so after making sure the soil is ready,I transplanted.


The ugu.... I bought the seedlings.

Secondly people needs to explore other ways of cooking soups,seems our minds has been conditioned to use one particular style.


I xplore my egusi soup with different veggies,more of greens,curry leaf and ugu.
Using different veggies is individual choices.
