They are in the UK cleaning the chairs and tables before the new session begins.

A 2 yrs MSC is about 70k aud ×145= 10m naira..one and the half is 52k aud=8m naira. I'm not sure if it qualifies you if its not up to a certain number of units. I think 180 units or more. I would advise you visit the Australian thread on nairaland or take your time to study psw routes on their Australian immigration site

Australian schools would be favorable to phd candidates. Also don't forget that their living expenses per year is 10-15 aud per annum + 35k school fees. If nddc 30k = 5 .1m , convert 45k aud to naira is 6.5 m naira. You would still show 1.4 m plus the letter to get your visa

To avoid visa disappointment, you need to do your English test be it masters or what ever class of visa.

A 2 year MSC would qualify you for one year psw but a one year MSC does not. Eg Flinders university is 35k per annum ..the exchange rate is 145 naira.. Do the maths for 2 years .

If you want nddc to sponsor your Australian masters, you have to show payment proof for the first year eg for 2 years MSC assuming its 35k a year.which is 26k in us dollar if you convert. You would show them the deposit you have made for the first year.

For more information visit the Australian thread on nairaland. Its not something I can explain but the truth is that its twice the nddc money if you going for a 2yr psw visa.

Not PGD. It's a professional masters program (MEng).

Full Time MEng in Canada and US is 1 year; it's MSc that involves research thats 2 years.

Can't really much about Canada but I don't think one year program would be enough to qualify you for psw visa. Most of the courses I have researched on are 2years and there would be enough time to get internship opportunities during breaks. If you do not have any intention of psw then its a good option

Its an integrity test.. Nothing serious. For example, they would ask what would you do if you see your fellow staff cheating the company??
Your answers options would be a range of opinion like 1. Agree 2. Disagree.
Its not hard just use your common sense.

That one is PGD.. It doesn't qualify you for psw visa unless you get a full time MSC which is usually 2 years. If you have the money Australia would be good if you are keen are psw visa

Australian universities charge 35000 aud per annum and its 2 years if you want to qualify for post study work visa. One year courses do not qualify you for psw visa.

The scholarship will surely come this year, according to my source. The list was ready 2 or 3 days before the dissolution of the board which left the top man left confused. When I asked why the list took that long, that at least everything would have converged well before this pmb wahala, he said it took long because the issue of external slot (politicians) came up again. That that had been resolved by blackmail and that merit speaks 4 those that performed well. He even swore of having just one slot...lol.
On when the briefing will finally come, he said, before they left, they advised him to seek approval and go ahead with the scholarship; but he's afraid to take any bold step to that effect maybe he wants to follow the political rythm and if he does, then only God knows when the scholars will leave for their studies.

You right to an extent but the reason they have not concluded on the scholarship was due to lack funds even before buhari dissolved the board. The suspension of the national assembly isn't helping matters as the initial budget was supposed to be re adjusted as it was too low.
I'm not in support of the delay but it would not make any sense if the list was released without approval of funds . it wouldn't be nice to hear that successful candidates were stranded if due process wasnt followed. The only thing clear is that successful candidates may not leave this September as time for visa preparation is getting shorter

Nigerian media can be very misleading. How on earth can ex militants be happy about nddc board being dissolved?? This ex militants get their money from the ministry of Niger delta not nddc.why should they be happy when federal government also stopped paying them for their overseas training huh

? Didn't you guys read the news about how Lufthansa terminated their training due to payment issues?? Stop reading that punch online.. Its not a credible source for news

Nddc on the other hand had been under funded during gej regime and till date. The problem with the delay is due to funds from federal government. Things have only gotten worse since fg has dissolved the board and he would appoint acting board of directors as pmb is looking to cut the cost of governance. Hope you are aware that they would be no ministers till September and that should tell you that there is no minister for Niger delta affairs as we speak. Its obvious that most of us should forget about MSC this September and search for January programs.

The on going delay doesn't mean the scholarship would be cancelled as 2billion out of 400billion isnt too much to stop nddc plan to develop the youth.
Let's be patient and see what happens this October and stop all this pessimistic news about what Buhari would do, after all he doesnt have the right to shut down nddc without going through the Senate.

Worst case scenario is that the nddc budget might be reduced which is not supposed to affect scholarship money
