Ok if you get mind repeat 1966 genocide against igbos and see how long your one Nigeria will last. You succeeded in 1966 when the rest of the world was blind to what was going on. The British also helped you hide it back then with their own media and propaganda.

The world has changed a lot since then.

Carry out your genocidal fantasy and watch Biafra become a Nation fast through international intervention.

You will quickly lose the support of all Millions of igbos who still support this fake country just like they did in 1966 after the genocide.
the election actions in PH was on step...

That time Nigeria have no jet nor even ship to fight, they were like 20 in africa talking about military might now they are third, my dear forget that your fantasy.
and please stop comparing US-Alqueda to Nigeria - BH...... US fought, Alqueda 'away' if you know what i mean....... And naija is having problems with BH....

I kid you not, no terrorists group would survive on American soil, that is if they operate the way BH are doing..

Go and see the destruction in southern Cameroun just because of referendum.

My main point is that peace should reign and the igbos shouldn't provoke the federal government again as Kanu recently did leading to the death of many igbos.
if the international community sees any trace of oppression, sis naija is splitting undisputed

No wonder they call you traders. How have you been able to compete with Yorubas in anything other than trading which any mumu can do.
Ibos are mainly traders and they have the population to overwhelm a few traders from other ethnic group but Yorubas are almost evenly distributed in all endeavors.
Trading does not build or develop a nation but industries do.The IGR and banking transactions in Igboland are one of the lowest in Nigeria in recent times.
The only way Ibos can compete with Yorubas is to use fraud as in WAEC etc.
Yorubas have massive industries unlike Ibos,so Ibos cannot compete.
Yorubas surpassed Ibos in music, entertainment so Ibos cannot compete.
Yorubas surpassed Ibos in technology,ICT,so Ibos cannot compete.
Yorubaland is more developed than Igboland,so Ibos cannot compete.

Yorubas have industries abroad unlike Ibos,so Ibos
i want to argue but then.... Ok, i can see you are writing out of hatred and to draw attention

I have read excerpts from the book and I have read so many interviews by Ademoyega on the coup! I have also read 'Reluctant Rebels'. You just asked me if I have read a book by an ADEMOYEGA, who was a ringleader in 'an Igbo coup'... Are you sure you haven't contradicted yourself?

History has never been in tandem with our present realities and beliefs, that is why there is a feeble attempt to rejuvenate it - age-long conceptions would be blown open and exposed as the lie they actually are, and the foolishness of the majority would be pushed to the fore!

I do not need to convince you that there is something untrue about Nigeria and its foundation. It's easy to see that we have been fooled for long.
someone once told me that whatever binds Nigeria is written in the 'contract' signed in 1914...i don't know how true it is. But it made me realize that this present generation needs to start asking questions especially as our fathers are hiding significant truths from us instead of delving into politics of whose foundation we are ignorant of...

That is why they have been fighting shamelessly against meritocracy. They devised things like quota system, federal character and 'educationally disadvantaged...' to play in their favour because they sure know that if we were to operate meritocracy, the pre-1966 situation will play out again! But even with all these unfair advantages they created for themselves, Nigeria is still being largely run by the South (sans political offices); the south operates 80% of Nigeria's economy. I don't know why a people have decided to bug everyone down because it is not ready to run at the same pace! In a year, some core northern states cannot boast of 50 candidates sitting for entry exams! It is about time we pulled a gun on them and tell them "niggar, you better start flying to catch up with everybody". We can't throw them away, they are our kiths and kins!
thanks femi, you spoke wisely

ikr!! thats my opinion and if i one day want to lead a revolution thats what i would do.... And yes not every igbo is in support of the biafran cause......

If you look in the future, very soon we are gonna be dumped sef, because oil would be useless, if we are eventually gonna be left on our own without oil, we would have to build from the scratch and unless we produce a visionary leader like in Singapore and Malaysia, we might then be ok.... But if not.... I cant tell ooo

You are ignorant (I mean no offence)! The crisis in the Western Region had taken thousands of lives and was fast taking up a civil war dimension, as the Akintola camp and Awolowo camp were ready to pull everywhere down. The central government headed by Tafawa Balewa (who was a stooge to Sardauna) was in support of S.L. Akintola who many felt was not even worthy to lace Awolowo's shoe.

The crisis was very messy and bloody. It created discontent all over. It was obvious there was no end in sight; particularly, the central government was not going to be able to quell the bloody crisis because it was found to have a hand in it!

The problem is that we do not read! This whole thing happened not very long ago, barely seventy (70) years ago. Many of the central actors (including Igbos and Yorubas) have come out to state that the coupists planned to install Awolowo as the Head of government - even Ojukwu, who was very averse to the coup (and actually fought and quelled it in Kano), revealed that the coupist targeted Awolowo to head the government. Never! You blockheads never learn anything of worth!

The leader of the gang, Kaduna Chukwuma Nzeogwu, was more Hausa than Igbo. He was born and bred in Kaduna. And the guys that knew him testified that he had a nationalistic fervor...

The excuse that the 1966 coup led to the pogrom against Igbo civilian population is very silly at best. The core north had killed Igbos on a large scale as far back as 1953, that was almost a decade before self-rule, and thirteen (13) freaking years before the coup!

The plan truth is that at that time Igbos were dominant in both the military and in the civilian sector. The North felt that natural jealousy and insecurity. 'The Igbos were taking over everywhere'. And also, at that point, there was a preponderance of Igbos in the officers corps of the army such that there was no way the army was going to be involved in any major military operation that there wouldn't be a dominance of Igbos.

How can a country thrive with this much misinformation!
And because of this, they started putting every dïck, tom and harry into the military to gain numerical advantage...

One Nigeria is very possible. As a matter of fact, we are in one Nigeria.

I will only agree we are not when those saying so put their money where their mouth is. what do I mean?

All over the country Nigerians work together when Economic exchanges, transactions and everyday realities require it. whether it is an Igbo working in a Yoruba man's Company or Yorubas working in an Igbo man's company, Or both Igbos/Yorubas working in a Fulani/Huasa man's firm and various other combinations.

Or do you mean when an igbo/ Yoruba allows an hausa) Fulani man to be his 'maiguard', fetch water, carry loads in a market, dig his ditch or repair his shoes.

If you able to evade all of the above, then the next time you take a cab/bus never join until you are sure the driver is of your chosen ethnicity.

You get my point?

All this No one Nigeria talk is sweet for 'beer parlour' conversations and maybe forum banters like you see here, BUT the real deal would be to not do business, sell to, work for, or live with/in ethnicities/ethnic locations you disagree with.

That's the real deal. I don't see this happening in this interconnected world, do you?

hahaha.

By the way if/when their is a split, do Current Nigerians expect free movements across the prospective countries or they know VISA requirements/restrictions may apply?
dividing Nigeria into federates under isn't a bad thing....... You can ask UAE
