1. The education system that we follow today is their first step. We have an education system where we are learning to memorize without thinking and obey without questioning. No critical thinking and rational arguments are happening and we are being trained not to think out of the box and are sinking into narrow-mindedness.

2. We are becoming currency slaves. We work from 9 to 5 every day, in boring and depressing environments, not stimulated by anything creative or constructive. The thirst for knowledge is dying and we are no longer trying to be spiritual. We just wonder and work for our next paycheck and work in that cabin for more money and promotion and then die.
They are making us living robots that are intelligent enough to run their operations but stupid enough not to ask questions as our mouths and minds are stuffed with money and the greed for more.

SOLUTION.

We need to come out of this greed and need to learn and make our kids ready to be rational and critical thinkers. A society with the mind to do the best for the mankind is something that can crumble down this Elite Council. We need an education system where memorizing is nil and understanding is a must. We need a world where all individuals will be offered the best conditions to reach their highest potentials — all for the benefit of our species, as a whole.
