This argument is pointless and goes to no issue. Security is very volatile in nigeria. We need best hands that can be trusted, and the President is in the best place to determine that. U can argue from now till high heavens but u are not the commander in chief of armed forces, neither are u a security expert.

I'm from the ND, i've lived in abuja currently in lagos, it's only when i come on here (nairaland) i see so many tribalistic bigot. My whole life I mixed with major tribes and i've lots as friends not just IGBOS.

I've always hated cheats, they generally pack-up when u need them most. Also, life is too short and hard to spend any part of it in prolonged conflict/s.

Their weapons will neva be enough against a determined Nigeria. What they're relying on right now are stored stocks, what happens when they start running out? U can ask BH. Whatever battle that comes up, will be localized. A whole region would be devastated by war, and like biafra, they'll feel 2nd class for a long time to come.

If u've noticed, d govt isn't panicking, yet. They seem to be taking their time to organize. The creeks are too quiet for a country loosing its major source of income. Apart from a few military buffoons(5 NDA arrested), d message from d military has been subdued. Something is up, and I'm waiting for it to play out!
