THE OP POSTED AN AABRIGDED VERSION OF FAYOSE'S TEXT BELOW IS CONTINUATION AND SOURCE. I SWEAR THIS MAN WILL LEAD US TO THE PROMISED LAND.
He said: “It is worrisome that the Fulani
herdsmen that killed over 400 Agatus in
Benue State, raped women and
destroyed farmlands in the North
Central, South West and South South
zones of Nigeria are walking the streets
free while Igbo people, who opted to defend their sources of livelihood are languishing in detention. “Are they saying that those Igbo
villagers do not have rights to defend their farmlands from further destruction by the Fulani herdsmen when thepresident who should defend them is
keeping silent? “These people must be released by whichever security agency of the federal
government that is holding them
because Nigerians don’t deserve to be
treated like slaves in their own house.

Child, In administration due process is sacrosanct, it is the invisible life of bureaucracy (office matters) and civility as you have highlighted, auctioning seized goods to public or licensed auctioneers is statutory mandate for many important reasons, the president cannot wave his hand to customs in a gesture of ....give the items to IDP.... so people like you will clap and cheer.... the customs have a revenue generation target to meet which is a primary responsibility to the service and to Nigeria...It is this kingly ownership attitude that destroyed railway and the nigeria airways and many institution that should have sustained themselves and the country...The government takes up space, allotment and illegal control of bureaucratic procedures to the detriment of the institution...taking freely where the must pay.....government can participate in the auction and buy the items from customs at the highest bid.....or OFFICIAL REQUEST THE LEGISLATION TO PROMULGATE AN ENABLE ENVIRONMENT FOR GOVERNMENT TO TAKE FROM COSTUMS WHAT THEY HAVE SEIZED......RELEGATION OF DUE PROCEESS IS WHY NIGERIA IS DYING...ACCELERATED DEATH UNDER THE APC GOVERNMENT OF AUTOCRACY....KINGNDOM...

Pls no offence. Just give out examples of each of the four highlighted by you. Thanks
1.Senator enang criminally smuggled forged copies of the nations budget into the senate and even succeeded in effect a thieving swap. He has brought shame to his constituency doing the this dirty criminal job for his corrupt master. Buhari should be impeached!!! THEFT AND FORGERY IS CORRUPTION (including the forging of certificate)

2.Amost all immediate key cabinet member and office holders in this government are all muslim northerners (people he proudly says he knows and thrust so much so that he appoint even retired friend in leadership posited not related to their tired working experience to the detriment of career employees) no reference to the 36 appoints mandated by the constitution. NEPOTISM IS CORRUPTION.

3.Many instances abound where courts have made a ruling and the decision of the court were upturned by a government that understands the law better than the courts. Buhari might as well scrap the courts and pronounce punishment or perceived offenders. TYRANNY IS CORRUPTION.

4.The basic right of dignity and freedom of Nigerians is everyday rubbished by the head of this government to the extent the president referred to his would be minsters as noise makers of no tngible administrative value (empty vessels) worst of he will gladly tell the world that Nigerians are corrupt, difficult, poor, and lazy people and he is the only upright man and those he deems fit are the next in hierarchy of the only righteous Nigerians eg tinubu, amaechi, fashola and enang Nigerian are every day deprived of the freedom by dss.

What is the relationship between bombings in Niger Delta and stolen budget by senator Enang? And what is the relationship between bombings in Niger Delta and Fashola and Amechi?? Did Enang, Fashola or Amechi send anyone to set off bombs?

Please I need a response
you should look at my comments from the start you will find its direction therein.

Assuming the title of the tread is anything to go by MILITANTS are IJAWS and thus the bomb is reaction to ijaw sentiments. an Ijaw leader in the person of tompolo who has never had access to government funds nor is he a member of pdp or govt. is being hounded for any benefits he may have enjoyed in the last regime on the other hand maybe his detractors are detonating bombs as he foretold and the end of this exercise we cannot see. The government overzealous approach is ill advised and must be re focused to remove the big clog in its own putrid eyes before LOOKING FOR the tiny spec in other eyes. especially if the eyes belong to perceived opponents who have not obvious sins and a strong followership... if the government is anxious to beam it search light on corruption it doe not need the flood light to search over the fence since a dim candle light will do to see and identify the hoard of criminals perambulating within the government house as listed.

Ok, i totally agree with you. But, if i get you right, your proposition is away from the recent happenings. Would u recommend a dialogue between FG n Tompolo/Ijaw ppl or just let Tompolo go and concentrate on looters from other stateshuh
Personally, I thought Buhari could have saved the best for last. The Niger Delta is a delicate zone and could have been the last to indict in this fight against corruption.
Let me hear further from you
My take is total connected to unfolding events, First of all be corrected in the insinuation that Tompolo looted, he does not have direct access to government funds and was not directly involved in the electioneering motion, neither is he sophisticated enough to serve as a laundering conduit for official with access to looted funds but a businessman and from what we gather from the media trials Tompolo is being chased over the matter of land which he sold to federal government at presumed exorbitant and unrealistic price and probably other huge contracts he may have handled but ask your self this pertinent questions first before you look at the said Tompolo outrageous patronage by government, is it out of place for government to patronize its citizens? or is it because it is tompolo and ijaw man that it appers too much fo one person? Remember how Dangote started, Abacha gave him the sole license to import SUGAR, SALT AND RICE for 170million Nigeria for more than 7 years (policy backed monopoly)nobody complained or is it ATIKU who is the sole concessioneer of the entire onne port complex which handles all oil related shipping logistics in Portharcout making billions monthly in revenue and giving government what they please or is it all the oil well in SS and south east dashed to hausa men who sell rights to operators for prices upwards of 1billion US dollars and still maintain their stake in the said oil wells and declare to government whatever they please? the list and examples are endless, In my thinking these are the real looters not this tompolo, All said if buhari needs to fight corruption do it from the root and obvious instances and not arrest and then begin to look for or build a case against perceived opponents. Now whether we like or not TOMPOLO is an Ijaw son of reckon and his following since his days of militancy has not diminished but rather has increased and become more sophisticated confronting him will generate the same storm type confronting Kanu has generated but more to this is that there will be sustained and punishing deprivation of nigeria from her only source of sustenance as it was in 2008 - 9 when daily oil export was a mere 180,000 bpd. FG must dialogue with Tompolo in a very civil tone otherwise what must be will be. I need not highlight the reality that a storm is already brewing the the polity.

so, what wud be your proposition to the government?
have you not heard that there has been calls by the ijaws against the government bordering on the fact that the oil and gas well in the ss are ownd by hausa people and operated by multinationals headed by yoruba and locating these oil company headquarters and allied services in lagos where taxes are also paid.

the pmb government should without delay>

0.respect the autonomy of the judiciary and right to fair trail of citizens also understanding that he does not own Nigeria and must be nationalistic in his approach must call all genuine aggrieved to a dialogue and address all injustice and inequity.
1.Arrest and prosecute senator Enang for for stealing the original budget and smuggling into the senate a forged copy of the most impotant government document this year. this is the height of criminality. senator enang is a thief working for buhari!!!!
2.Arrest and prosecute fashola and ameachi duo who have been implicated by probe panels for theft.
3.Visit the Halliburton matter that has seen four high profile Americans get jail terms while the architect and planner in Nigeria is the APC navigator.

Blah Blah! We are talking about where the majority of the oil exported comes from, not the minute amount that comes from Imo and Abia. I can as well say the Hausa's are using my oil from Ondo state to better their lives. I am 100% behind the fight of the Niger Delta people for how unfairly they are treated because by the government even though their land gives us majority of our exporting commodity, and they suffer on top of that from oil spillage...But Igbo people should please come up with a better argument.
WHY ARE YOU TRAPPED IN SELF DENIAL? THE SOUTH EAST INCLUDING ANAMBRA TURNOUT 500,000BPD YES THIS IS SMALL COMPARED TO THE REMAINDER 2000000 BUT THE FACT IS 500,000x40USD=USD20m= 5 TRILLION EVERY DAY. First of all, Igbo people don't produce the Oil that runs the nation, you guys need to stop saying that. South south people produce the oil...And they sure don't speak the Igbo language, so how would they go with you guys? Secondly, Yoruba people also have to score higher in cutoff point just as igbo children...And this is because the northern children are a bit behind when it comes to general educational level.
AS MUCH AS YOU MAY HATE TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACTS THEY WILL REMAIN FACTS. EDUCATION CAN BE ILLUMINATING. USE GOOGLE WHERE IN DOUBT. UKWA EAST AND UKWA WEST IN ABIA STATE HAS BEEN PRODUCING OIL SINCE 1973 FROM THE MOBILE OPERATED WELLS LONG BEFORE THE OFF SHORE POTS WHERE EXPLOITED. OIL IN IMO STATE HAS BEEN EXPLOITED SINCE THE LATE 70 S AND THE LARGEST ONSHORE OIL RESERVE IN WEST AFRICA RESIDES IN IMO STATE. AS PER CUTOFF MATTER THE IGBO CHILD IS EXPECTED TO SCORE WAY ABOVE THE OTHER CHILDREN FACT.
INJUSTICE IS INJUSTICE. EVEN YOU BELOVED SS DOES NOT LIKE THE DEAL IT GETS IN THE OIL FORMULA AND MATTERS, THE WELLS ARE OWNED BY HAUSA AND THE MULTINATIONALS THAT OPERATE THESE WELLS ARE HEADED BY YORUBAS AND HAVE THEIR HEAD OFFICES AND ALLIED SERVICES AND PAY TAXES IN YORUBA LAND.

This may sound like a dumb question, but I really want to know; why exactly do igbo people want to break away from Nigeria?

I am asking this because the current agitator for Biafra, Nnandi Kanu, in most of his interviews is always saying that the North can't keep on enjoying their oil. And this makes me think...Is the oil for the South Easterners or for the South South people? I have asked a lot of my friends from the south south (both online and offline) and none of them is interested in leaving Nigeria, and being a part of a predominantly igbo speaking Biafra.

Another reason Nnadi Kanu always gives is that Hausa/Fulani are killing Igbo people. I don't know how true that is. All I know is Boko Haram, a terror group in Northern part of Nigeria has been killing NIGERIANS all tribes and religions.

My argument is...since Igbo people always say they are the most hardworking people in Nigeria (I think this is somewhat true, as I sold CDs and DVDs for about 8 years at a point, and the hustling spirit of igbo people in Alaba always marveled me), they why do you clamor so much position in the government of the zoo? We all know that even if Fashola becomes a president tomorrow, it won't automatically better my life as a Yoruba man. Most politicians care solely about themselves. So, why can't Igbo people stay with Nigeria, and make their millions from all part of Nigeria as they have always done? If they break free, will they also leave all the parts of the Zoo they have their businesses in?
