This Bayelsa Queen weh I dey see only one Ijaw name so. I hope they verify their original team members at the early stage and national level
The club is a business and not a social club for Bayelsa indigenes. If they have the funds and sign players from another continent, that’s what they want.

If you’re not okay with it, goan open your own and fill it with players from whatever tribe, religion, race or creed you darn wish.

“Have they finished demolishing the unsafe multi-storeyed structures in Lagos Island before going to demolish the solid single storey building in Ikeja GRA?”
PoliticsRe: Don't Mislead Nigerians – Land Owner Confronts Peter Obi by Calbarian(m): 3:19pm On Jun 26, 2025
In the clip, one can clearly see that the so-called person still had their business peraphernalia mixed with the rubble.

In any case, if the person had been attending the court proceedings, how is it that the court documents refer to the person as "persons unknown"?

helinues:
If the person Peter Obi is fighting on behalf of the building is not aware of the court order, how come they have packed their properties before the demolition?

Is the person not been attending court proceedings about this case? Is he not aware of the court demolition order?

How come Peter Obi is blaming the government when this case is a civil case?
PoliticsRe: Don't Mislead Nigerians – Land Owner Confronts Peter Obi by Calbarian(m): 3:16pm On Jun 26, 2025
Sp33i:
If you claim Mr. Obi ought to wait for the court before making any declarations, why did you not wait for courts pronouncements on the issue before embarking on a demolition process.

Also, how is Mr Obi wrong in the sense that every demolition must be proceeded with a court order which ought to have been presented to the property owner before the demolition exercise.

The actors could not provide any court order or demolition order nor knew their principal, yet you claim being right ? I am not an obidient and do not desire to be one, but atleast communicate truth please

PoliticsRe: Buhari Owes Jonathan, Obasanjo, IBB, Gowon, Shagari 10 months Allowances - SR by Calbarian(m): 1:50pm On Nov 18, 2016
hedonistic:
The point is that, assuming Jonathan and the past leaders were pious men who failed to loot, what would happen to them now? Where would they get money for their upkeep and sundry expenses? Would they not be going cap in hand to beg for crumbs from the government and government officials? Where is the encouragement there or the example there for current people in government to be honest? There are clear parallels to be drawn.
This matter has nothing to do with piety. It's immoral for political office holders to be collecting pensions in an economy that spends less than 10% of its budget on education, pays 18,000 as minimum wage, owes wages to current staff across board, refuses to adequately fund the education, health care, security, power supply and food production, storage and supply. In saner climes, their execution of mandate handed to them by the polity would have been investigated and commensurate penalties meted out to those found wanting. It's unbelievably brazen of them to even ask for pensions. Haba!

After raping and robbing someone blind, the victim then gets blood drained from his system s8mply because hes defenseless.
PoliticsRe: Police Probe Jibrin’s Allegations Against Dogara, Others by Calbarian(m): 8:41am On Nov 18, 2016
I wonder what happened to the investigation. Was anything und? Were the results publicised? Were any crimes discovered? If crimes were discovered, were there any penalties meted out?
PoliticsRe: Buhari Owes Jonathan, Obasanjo, IBB, Gowon, Shagari 10 months Allowances - SR by Calbarian(m): 8:36am On Nov 18, 2016
hedonistic:
You see why Nigeria is not prepared to end corruption? People who hold important public positions are paid peanuts, and even the peanuts are never paid as and when due... And when they retire, the peanuts are not paid at all. Yet you don't want them to help themselves while in office? So that they would starve to death or crawl to your desk to beg you for crumbs while you feel important?

The case of my own father would forever be an example that rubbishes any call to integrity in public service in Nigeria. The pious old man worked in one of the juiciest government jobs in Nigeria and rose to a very senior position before he retired. Most of his colleagues including his juniors retired as billionaires or multi millionaires at the very least, while he retired with barely enough to feed for one year... Today, his perennial humiliation whenever he tries to collect his miserable and irregular pension is a sad, sad testimony about why only fools would fail to LOOT mercilessly while they have the opportunity.

The Nigerian society is not yet ready for honest men. The system is not structured to reward uprightness and probity. That's the fact. Until we do the right things to correct this anomaly, any talk about fighting corruption would amount to a spectacular waste of time.
Buhari's government may more often than not, seem to and truly act clueless but I dont understand the comparison here. As per the past leaders in the thread title, are you saying they were pious men who failed to LOOT mercilessly when they had the opportunity? Are you saying that they ALL paid your dad's entitlements regularly?

Although it's evident that there are different topics of discussion on this issue, I think the point is being missed here. In my opinion, it could either be seen as the government being short of funds or as the government not placing this payment so high on it's priorities list. And probably wondering what the past administrations were thinking when they signed off on it.

If you haven't watched videos of Hilary's press conferences or can't vote in the coming election or haven't been keeping up with American politics...I suggest you keep quiet.

Donald Trump is right. He must be president

Hilary wants a No-fly zone in Syria, there's no way she's going to get it without placing troops forcefully in Syria and going to war with Russia. They have nuclear weapons...It's absolutely insane.
Theyre both unfit for the post. Pretty much like where we found ourselves as Nigerians early last year but Trump seems like the lesser of two evils. My opinion

And , why is it that everytime a Clinton scandal leaks, the focus becomes russia, and asange, and eventually Trump. But when a Trump scandal comes up, everyone's got a stone in hand ready to be hurtled?

93million disurbused to 310corp members, means 300k each. simple maths na
93,000,090/310 = 300,000naira
this error alone tells how fake the report is.
moreover reports have it that the collateral would last for a period of 1year and the collateral would be the Bsc certf and Nysc certf.
unfortunately, there was a hidden clause behind the loan.
Guarantors will be required as certain people have confirmed above.
you need 2people who have 150% of 3m which is bout 7.5m EACH!!!..
u dey see the scam now Abi?
the 3m is the maximum ooo, no be say na for every corp member.
the plan is actually small loans of like 300k
,500k
3m loan is for a very very impressive business plan and not for every tom dick and harry like the report has made it seem
150% of 3 is 4.5
