Please this is lie from hell..... My parents retired as state workers in Enugu and Gwurugwuru government pays them pension once in 4 or 5 months. They started paying my mother her pension after 1 year of retirement as government primary school teacher, and now they receive their pension once in 4 months. Gratuity is a no go area.
