I don't need to jam mad agent. If he is mad I hang up and go to next agent. They are like 1 million on that Nigerian property center website. And I never have to see them at all. The last place I rented let me tell you how it went. Found the property on Nigerian property center. Called the agent. He started saying he will come and meet me there and to pay him 5000. I told him stay where you are just give me address I will go myself and I don't need to pay you 5000 . We go back and forth. The man no gree, he hang up. 10 minutes later he called back and gave me the address and gatemans number. I went to the place, I liked it, called the agent and then he called the woman. Did the paperwork and paid the woman and paid the agents ten percent inside his account. Till today the guy still calls me to check on me. I think he respected how smooth the process went.

Yen yen yen, If you've actually paid for any house you'll realise that all agents have laws and regulations guiding them, any agent you go to in that area is already informed about you, shey you wan claim wise woman?, you never see anything and I highly doubt you live in an urban area, maybe na rural area agents you dey talk about! 😆 🤣

And eventually they agree and call the gateman and they give me the address and I go and the gateman will show me the property. All that one that agent follows you just to collect 5000 na scam.

That house you go even the landlord has his agent who are mostly caretakers, FYI gateman even follow for the sharing ratio, as you wan claim say you wise na then dey go even knack you well, except you don't like that accommodation!

Just 3 days of searching for a house, you're already tired. Do you know how long I searched for a house before I finally got one, 5 freaking months! It took me a period of 5 months to get a room self contained.
Anything house hunting, you have to be patient, you don't rush it, otherwise you will regret it. So my brother, put more effort in house searching, if you seriously need one.
