Wat can i apply to ring worm on my body and wat is the cause?

I am an arsenal fan and i believe every arsenal fan out there is just so mad about out our lack of trophy for over 4 years now and to worsen the matter, AW will not bend from his failed believe in his skool boys, to make matters worse he is selling off the experienced ones, if we maintain our 4th position, we should thank our stars, that man just wanna give the fans hyper-tension . Abeg I am too young to have cardiac arrest, to all the fans out there, watch every arsenal game with caution so u will not get too much dissappointments from the team, they will try their best definitely, but lets not decieve ourselves, unless wenger gets a very good DM an extra back-up Central defender, and a world class striker, that team canot do better than they did last year.

Someone told me that NYSC does not issue exemption certificates for part time graduates, pls can someone tell me how far that is true. I finished my Bsc in OOU about 4 years ago but soon left for the UK, which means I have not really used my certificate to seek for employment in Nigeria. I have a friend who is in this same situation, he has just concluded a Master program in one of the UK universities, he is planning to come back to Nigeria to seek for work but ppl are advising him that since he studied for his degree on part time and without the NYSC cert he may find it difficult to get employed.

I found this a while ago, is it a new development or i'm the one that is not well informed?
