Ways to Prevent Low Blood Sugar at Night [ Part One ] Good morning Sir/Ma, I am sure you had a stress-free night rest. I will be sharing with you starting from this morning on how to prevent low blood sugar at night. Night time dips in blood sugar levels are common among people with diabetes. Authors of a 2013 study published in the journal Quality of Life Research noted that people with diabetes — type 1 or type 2 — experience low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) while sleeping more frequently than many doctors realize. Night time hypoglycemia can be caused by a number of different factors, from exercising too close to bedtime to drinking alcohol in the evening. If untreated, low overnight blood sugar levels can lead to headaches and loss of sleep — and in extreme cases, seizures or even death. The good news is that preventing low blood sugar while you sleep can be achieved with a few simple steps: 1. Check your blood sugar before bed. “For everybody with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, it’s absolutely critical that they check their blood sugar before going to bed to make sure they’re not going to have an episode of low blood sugar during the night,” says Helena W. Rodbard, MD, medical director of Endocrine and Metabolic Consultants, a private practice in Rockville, Maryland, and past president of the American College of Endocrinology. If your blood sugar levels are low at bedtime, eat a healthy snack before going to sleep. The size of the snack should be in proportion to the dip in blood sugar. For instance, a small drop in blood sugar requires only a small snack. If you use an insulin pump, consider reducing the active dose of insulin. |

Good afternoon, Trust you are enjoying your day so far? Has it ever occur to you that your weight can be a major liability in your quest to overcome diabetes? I asked that question because out of the many risk factors for type 2 diabetes such as age, race, pregnancy, stress, certain medications, genetics or family history, high cholesterol, the single best predictor of type 2 diabetes is overweight or obesity. Almost 90% of people living with type 2 diabetes are overweight or have obesity. People who are overweight or obese have added pressure on their body's ability to use insulin to properly control blood sugar levels, and are therefore more likely to develop diabetes. The number of diabetes cases among adults increased by a third during the 1990s, and additional increases are expected. This rapid increase in the occurrence of diabetes is mostly attributed to the growing prevalence of obesity all over Africa. According to the Center for Disease Control, we are eating ourselves into a diabetes epidemic. The International Diabetes Foundation (IDF) says that, “Diabetes and obesity are the biggest public health challenge of the 21st century.” The supporting statistics they cite are staggering: As of 1999, diabetes affected 16 million (six percent) – an increase of 40 percent in just ten years. During the same period, the obesity rate climbed from 12 percent to almost 20 percent. Last year the diabetes and obesity rates increased 6 percent and 57 percent. Every three seconds, someone is diagnosed with diabetes. Of the children born in 2000, one in three will eventually develop diabetes. Although both diabetes and obesity risk factors are often associated with race, age, and family history, it’s becoming more and more clear that the conveniences of modern life also contribute to the development of both diseases. For example, sedentary lifestyles (reduced physical activity) and the popularity of high fat, high energy diets (think “Super Size Me”) and convenientfoods are known to lead to obesity – but do they also cause diabetes? Is There a Link Between Obesity and Diabetes? Yes! Of the people diagnosed with type II diabetes, about 80 to 90 percent are also diagnosed as obese. This fact provides an interesting clue to the link between diabetes and obesity. Understanding what causes the disease will hopefully allow us to prevent diabetes in the future. Being overweight places extra stress on your body in a variety of ways, including your body’s ability to maintain proper blood glucose levels. In fact, being overweight can cause your body to become resistant to insulin. If you already have diabetes, this means you will need to take even more insulin to get sugar into your cells. And if you don’t have diabetes, the prolonged effects of the insulin resistance can eventually cause you to develop the disease. Will Insulin Make Me Gain Weight? Weight gain is common in people who take insulin to treat diabetes. That’s because the more insulin you use to maintain your blood glucose level, the more glucose is absorbed into your cells, rather than eliminated by your body. The absorbed glucose is stored as fat, which makes you gain weight. Of course, that just one of the links between insulin and weight gain. If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, you’ll need to modify your diet accordingly. Otherwise, it’s probable that you’ll gain weight once you begin taking insulin – which will only compound the problem your body already has maintaining proper blood glucose levels, as well as increase your risk of diabetes- related complications. The good news however is that with GLUCOFIT and our Natural Weight Reduction Therapy, you can deal with diabetes type 2 and loose that excess weight at the same time. The weight loss product is called Fit One. You are certain to loose between 15-25kg in 30 days. |

Laughter Helps Fertility! Happy New Month. The laughter therapy has worked wonders in people. A research was conducted by an Israeli team at the Assaf Harofeh Medical Center, in central Israel, and showed that almost twice as many women undergoing fertility treatment were able to conceive compared to a control group if they were given an opportunity to laugh. The research involved medical clowns visiting women after they had an embryo transfer. By helping the women to relax and laugh, although it was only for 15 minutes, while they were resting immediately after the transfer, 33 women got pregnant. In the control group, only 18 women were able to conceive. Other research by the Oxford Conception Study shows that women with high concentrations of the stress indicator alpha amylase in their blood were less likely to get pregnant than women with lower stress hormones. It therefore makes sense to try to relax and destress as much as possible while you are trying to get pregnant, especially if you are having fertility treatment of any kind. Laughing also helps to reduce your blood pressure, especially in women, and also improves your immune system, both factors that may be affecting your ability to get pregnant. Laughter also is an effective pain reliever and can help other conditions like heart problems. You just need to find a way to laugh. Laugh as much as you can this new month. Make laughing your habit. Relax and see yourself get pregnant. Happy new month! Your friend Abiola Oluwagbenga 08101951678 |

How To Solve The Problem Of Azoospermia! [ Part Two ] Good morning my dear friend. I am sure you are doing great today. Like I promised yesterday, let's begin with how to solver the problem Of Azoospermia. We hear it too often, “My husband was diagnosed with azoospermia, can you help me and what is this?” This complicated medical condition has a variety of causes and can be treated, especially naturally. Let’s get down to the facts first, since so many people aren’t quite sure what azoospermia is. Azoospermia is a male medical condition, diagnosed when there is an undetectable amount of sperm in a man’s semen. This condition affects 1% of the male population and it is estimated that up to 20% of cases of male infertility are due to azoospermia. There are three different classifications of azoospermia, falling under either obstructive or non-obstructive azoospermia. This is where we will get into some medical names and terminology that may be hard to understand. I will do my best to explain. 1. Obstructive azoospermia Male reproductive tract obstruction. Sperm are still produced, but not ejaculated. 2. Posttesticular azoospermia This is where sperm are still produced, but a blockage in the genital tract is preventing ejaculation. This condition affects 7-51% of azoospermia cases. Is there a solution to this problem? Yes there is. Order our all natural Spermofit today and say bye bye to Azoospermia in 30days. |
Do you consume enough fiber each day?
For most of us here in Nigeria, I can probably
guess that we consume about 10 to 15 grams
of fiber a day.
Unfortunately, this is just not enough.
According to the Journal of the American Medical
Association (JAMA), we should actually be eating
anywhere from 20 to 35 grams of fiber a day. What exactly is fiber? Fiber is the element in plants (like fruits, vegetables and whole grains) that our bodies do not digest. Fiber is different from most foods that we eat in that, unlike most foods which are absorbed and digested, fiber is not absorbed or digested. It actually passes quickly through your digestive tract, mostly intact, and it is not broken down like other foods. The fact that fiber is mostly left intact is a good thing as it creates bulk which aids in moving stool and other harmful carcinogens through the digestive tract. Without enough fiber in your diet, you will have irregularity, constipation, and sluggishness. Insufficient fiber can also increase your risk of colon cancer, as well as other serious health issues. Because fiber helps to move stool through your digestive tract and colon, it actually helps to prevent colon cancer as it keeps your colon clean and healthy. Other health benefits of fiber include: * reducing the incidence of heart disease, * lowering cholesterol, *blood pressure, *glucose levels and inflammation, and even weight loss. Fiber can help with weight loss because it creates a fullness within your intestines that helps you to eat less. I can go on and on to tell you the amazing benefits of Fiber to our health but Let me stop here today. Since Fiber is now included in the 30 days FIT Detox Fat loss supplement, now you see why I keep getting more weight loss success and Flat Belly testimonials from my client who bought this Natural 30 days supplement from me. |

How To Solve The Problem Of Azoospermia! [ Part One ] Today, I am starting a new series that I believe will be of great help whether you are a man or woman. Azoospermia. What does it mean? How do you react as a woman if you discover that your husbandhas Azoospermia. How does it affect your ego and self confidence as a man too? Simply put, azoospermia is when men don’t produce sperm. It is the complete absence of sperm in a semen sample, due to a failure in sperm production or a physical obstruction. The causes of no sperm or azoospermia could be genetic, lifestyle, illness, or even prescription medications. This condition, called azoospermia, affects approximately 1 percent of the male population and is responsible for about a sixth of cases of male infertility. Sperm are very sensitive to a variety of influences – and a difference of three months can change the results of a sperm test. We’re continually exposed to environmental toxins and stress, which has a direct effect on our fertility levels. The toxins in our water, air, and food include glyphosates, pesticides, heavy metals and plastics. Daily stress, which is also a type of toxin, weakens our reproductive systems by increasing our free radical load and chronically elevating our stress hormones. The result is a decrease in the quality and quantity of healthy sperm. As a woman, how do you handle such a situation if your husband has been so diagnosed? |

Your Diet Can Be Responsible For Infertility! How has your day been? I believe you are fine. Let's take a quick look at the negative effects of our modern diet on our health and most importantly your fertility. Just like I have shared before most of our diet today have been processed and hence lack the ideal ingredients needed to ensure fertilisation and conception. Also, a lot of these diets are now fattening because they contain a lot of substances which contribute to the accumulation of fats in the body. Excess weight has also been shown to negatively affect fertility. As a matter of fact, Physicians will always encourage any woman schedule for IVF to go and lose some weight before the procedure. These and many more are the ''side effects'' of our modern diets. Unfortunately, we cannot go back to the days of our parents when things were a little bit normal. The only thing we can do is to supplement those things we cannot get again due to the nutritional gaps inherent in our diets and also detoxify our body on a regular basis. This is why we recommend some of our products because we have seen them work remarkably for a lot of people. |
CAN I JUST GET MY GLUCOFIT FROM ANY PHARMACEUTICAL STORE? Good day Sir/Ma, I got this question again from someone lately You can't get it from any pharmaceutical store because the marketing method used by the manufacturer is not designed that way. You can only get it from a distributor of the company or you enter the company's retail outlet directly. Even when you enter any of the retail outlet, you will still need to supply the details of a distributor to buy. That's the marketing model. Am i the only one marketing this? Not at all. But fortunately,i am also learned when it comes to this topic. I practice this as a profession and i understand what sufferers go through. So you need to patronize me not only because of this product but because of other advice that you will still get free from me with time. As soon as you purchase the product, there are some baseline investigations i will encourage you to go and do so that we can monitor your progress together. I am committed. |
