A non straightforward email is not the end of the world. I know quite a number of people that got a non straightforward email and still got their visa.

Hello House, I received email from TLS Ikeja yesterday around 6:01pm that my wife passport is ready for collection.

Two emails message came at the same time, the content still the same.

But no email for DHL DISPATCH from TLS yet, waiting for the courier return email because I paid for it.

What can be the problem for delay ?

I don't think I got an email from DHL regarding dispatch. Do you have a your waybill number? If yes, you can track your delivery on their website.
