Hello house, please I'm in a dilema and state of confusion right now and I need sound advise from experienced people here.

Me and my family supposed to travel two weeks ago but our covid 19 PCR test came out positive.

Though me and my spouse had malaria +1 and we are on malaria drugs and antibiotics given to us from hospital when we go for the test.
We have completed our Isolation and we have no symptoms whatsoever but when reading about retest online I came across a piece that said you can still test positive for covid 19 for up to 9 weeks even after recovery.

I want to go for another test this week and I'm scared.

For those that have gone through this kind of experience in the past, how did you do it?

Is there a kind of waiver for people who tested positive and recovered recently?

Is there another type of less sensitive covid test that is meant for people in this category and also acceptable by airline operators?

I look forward to your valuable advice.

If you test positive, you'll continue to test positive for a couple of weeks, so retesting is almost pointless.
It'll just be isolating till the 10days from your test date.

Okay thanks. Dante lab is saying I do not need to take the day8 test that i should just insolate for 10days counting from the day after day 2

Nope, just make sure the lab is NCDC approved. You can try Life center medical lab. They are very good.

You are very right. Very soon I will expose someone here that will assist you in filling your application form but mid way into it he will start requesting for money from you in other to complete the application.

He will put you in a situation where you will be compelled to pay and if you don't he will abandon you and leave you to your fate.

People must be very careful in dealing with someone outside here especially when one has volunteered to assist you in filling your Visa application form.

There must be an understanding from the beginning and not mid way they start requesting money as if they are agents, knowing it will be difficult to back out.

Why would people allow a stranger help them with their application in the first place?? Doesn't the thought of something going wrong scare you guys??
If you can't handle your application yourself why not engage an agent that will help. To think most schools in the UK has agents that offer their services for free.

In as much as I hate fraudulent and greedy people, people should think before making decisions to hand out your application to strangers!!

You can say you are going to quarantine with your aunt and upon completion of your quarantine you are either going to apply for the school accommodation or you own up to it and say the truth that you going to live with your aunt.

When asked about your accommodation plans on your visa application ....what response did you provide?

1. When is the best date to do the covid test? Considering that it’s on a Monday.
2. Can we get a location in the island or lekki on a Saturday or Sunday ?

Please do your test on a Saturday. Also, check online for the reviews of your proposed laboratory before using them.
