The APC chairman should speak in context, because saying Adeleke wants to use use LG as collateral is completely wrong and not feasible. Then if he says the LG funds is what he means, the state government can use FAAC allocations which will include both the state and LG allocation particularly to meet needs of the state.
But this is politics they are playing anyways, they can lay up accusations as long as it is to portray the government bad.

States have been using LG funds for collateral ever since because the money comes to the state and state later share to LG. Remember the SC judgement on autonomy isn't implemented yet so governors still use those funds. That's my point.

The funny thing about this PDP nonsense is people claiming the judges were bribed but when Oyo state high court was issuing nonsense judgement they didn't see bribery. Wike for all his faults his a very straightforward individual like Trump, they are both bullies but if you're very smart you see them from miles away unlike Tinubu who won't even talk. Dealing with a Wike is very simple as long as you can be reasonable but when you choose to be unreasonable you go collect from this Don.

When bicourtney did MM2 there was no bidding, it was just proposal and the rest is history. Today MM2 still remains the best terminal we have in the country isn't it?.

First, of all the 1.5m bbl we produce daily, govt only owns 60% of it. The companies who invested in oil exploration take 40%. Of the 60% like 30% had been sold by Buhari and those before him. So we basically have like 30% available for govt at all levels to share. Dangote is a private business so govt can't sell to him cheap especially when you consider bunkered Nigerians oil go as far as central African republic.

Unfortunately, this only means more cash for elections and decamping and less for governance. We've had these kind of opportunities in the past and we never made any meaning from it..OBJ sold oil at $145 for months yet we couldn't fix power our manufacturing sector. GEJ sold over $80 for months. Only Buhari with his badluck sold less than $60 for years. This is an opportunity to invest more in production but we won't, every arm of government will insist on sharing the money to steal it.

Considering kids these days lie for fun and even the pressure from parents make them believe their own lies, I hope extensive investigation was done and this isn't an innocent man sent to prison.

I think the judgement is faulty. The tenure of the former exco ended since 4 years and they remained in position. Even Abure whose tenures ended and conducted an election was later removed. I think the appeal or SC will say otherwise because you really can't build something on nothing.

ADC using online registration as an excuse when in reality they are supposed to be doing registration at ward level. These guys are not serious and I think they have been paid just that a few useful idiots like Obi and Aisha are too blind to see.
