The christians belief that jesus died on the cross, is not supported by the bible. I am surprised to see them believing in a thing not supported by the bible. The resurrection theory, ascension theory, redeemtion theory, etc is against the clear biblical teaching. Therefore, i need a christian who is convinced and understand very well, his/her religion, be he a pastor, bishop, reverend etc, to prove to me with evidences from the BIBLE that jesus really died on the cross. Whatever one believes in must be supported by the book of the religion he claims to follow.

mr poster, I think it is wrong for you and your wife to be doing that in the first place. The pain it will bring is better imagined. You must stop checking your wife phones. If you trust her stop it. If you must check her phone, do it periodically maybe not unless you suspect anything.

The second issue that is glaring in you post is that if all the time you have been checking her phone, you didnt notice she was sending rc to her mum, then it show that your wife is smarter than you. It show that she delete the numbers/sms she dont want you to see. So of what use is checking her phone to you? She may be a faithful lady who merely want to be sure that you dont flirt around.

Finally, if your wife send rc to her mum, that shouldnt cause you heartbreak. You should rather praise her. Parents should be taken care of. Since she has not get a job, she can only send money or rc to her mum through the pocket money you gave her. After all, she was not stealing your money, and your money is not missing. In all honesty, you should be doing what she did.

However, if you are tired of giving her pocket money, find job for her to do. Dont make a issue of the rc she sent to her mum. It will weaken her trust in you. Handle it maturely or forget it entirely.

i have been living with my wife for the past one year(she is not working for now) and we belived that we loved and trusted each other, when ever i come back 4rm office she must go through my fone and like wise me, i will see all her received and dialled numbes, sent and received SMS for the day and this have been going on for a long time, just last week, her mother came to spend the weekend with us. on sunday, she went to see sombody off wth my wife,the buzz of the fone she left on top of TV alerted me so i reluctantly pick the fone(her mums fone) and scrolled tru the SMS, i found out that my wife has been sending recharge card almost every two- two days to her,she always complain that pocket money given to her is alwys enough, yet she will delete it frm her sent items cos i must go tru her fone,

My husband told me last night that his brother's wife called him and asked him to borrow some money. Its quite a large sum. He thinks she must be desperate to ask him and so has agreed to give her the money. She says its a loan to be paid back but I don't think I have ever seen a loan paid back in Nigeria! If he gives her the money he shouldn't expect to see it again.

I have a few issues with this. I am really close with her (or so I thought) and I feel she is being sneaky going behind my back (and her husbands back) to my husband who already has plenty of expenses from me and our kids.

Things aren't great with her and her husband so I guess she can't ask him right now. HOWEVER, I know he gives her plenty of money for her and the kids so I can only assume she has overstretched herself - knowing her, its on jewellery or something equally as frivolous.

I'm happy that my husband is being a nice guy and helping her out and I'm happy he told me about it as if I'd found out later I would have been more pissed off. My biggest issue is how will his brother ever feel if he finds out about it?! Surely it will be a big drama that will end up being played out between the men.

I don't want to be a heartless bitch but should I advise him not to get involved?

there is nothing wrong in asking him for money, only that she missed the rule and procedure and thats where u have to find out why its like that ie not getting her husband invole and not relating the issue with u prio to asking for the money, dont let her know that u are aware of it just keep carlm and watch but make sure that ur hubby cary u along,

i am a victim and ll never forget in a hurry what am passing through.
i am using UBA and the day i went to make a transaction with my ATM card at Marina Lagos Island,the network was too bad so i culd not get the money at UBA, i tried about 5 diferent ATM all to no avail.(it was on friday 6th march). i culd not withdraw that day so the following day been sartuday, i went to 1st bank at Oduade mkt Coker to get some dough, the first transaction displyed that am puting the wrong pin so for the fact that i am sure of my pin i insisted in making the transaction,then after 3 times the machin sieced my card and the security asked me to go and come back on monday,when i did, the bank claimd that they didnt c my card.so i went and get my passbook to make the withdrawal at the counter, summary, they used the ATM and syphone the whole money in my account,

UBA network was bad on 6/3/09, i tried about 5 ATM machine (Different banks)at lagos island but culd not cash my dough, on sarturday moning, i went to first bank at coker(Odunade Brach) for another transaction but the machine displayd that my PIN is invalid, for the fact that the ATM card belongs to me and am sure of my PIN, i kept punching the same pin untill the machine sieced my card. the security man asked me to go and come back on monday
on Tuesday being 10th, i went to the first bank again for my ATM card but behold, they told me that the card is not there, i now took my passbook to UBA to cash at the counter but they made me to understand that all the money in my account have been withdrawn on friday(6/3/09) night at Agege by unknown person, (according to what they see in their computer)means that the withdrawal has been made B4 the machine sieced my card,

pls, advice me on what to do cos i dont have a kobo now to feed my family
