Hi, I sent my dad's passport to VFS Abj for his visa. The package was not accepted by VFS and sent back to us. Does anyone have an idea of why it was VFS would not accept the package? he did his biometrics in Lagos and I paid the transmission fee (sent to Abj because the Abj office is fast). it was sent through Red Star Express courier could that be the reason? just trying to figure out what happened so we do not make the same mistake again.
