Booyakasha:Amazing, children will always act like children. Story. The Prince does not cut it against Kratos or Dante. Your dear Prince has died how many times from his mistakes with the Sands as his only saving grace. He is a lucky SoB, his trial and error tactics may have improved his thinking, but it certainly never made him a genius. So maybe you should stop using words that do not apply to The Prince. There's a big difference between a Prince & a Captain - one is born to rule, the other is trained to lead. A Prince would talk to a Captain for strategy and tactics in the matters of war. So my dear child, let it go. Your Prince has already died several times over. |
Booyakasha:Interesting now I'm a baby 'cause I don't still agree with your opinion. Hand to hand combat without any magic & weapons from any of the parties involved, The Prince will still come last. |
Continuing with my film version of games, I'm now watching Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Omo this guy actually made a film out of it with the choices he made from the Director's Cut. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_OzK2KLs_ls NOTE: This is almost 3 and half hours long. |

Booyakasha:And you fail to understand that the Prince is no match for either Kratos or Dante. Kratos has killed creatures & gods bigger, stronger, faster than him. His strength wasn't his sole advantage. You forget he was also the Captain of the Spartan Army. You forget that Kratos is also agile for a man his size. The Prince can't dodge every attack - that's why he uses the Sands to reverse his mistakes. When he attempts to reverse the mistakes he made with Kratos he would fail, thanks to Kratos' experience with the Fates. |
Jeromejnr:I never said the Prince could hack it, I've said it several times that the Prince would have died a long time ago. Kratos has died more than once and has come back from death, I have yet to see him wear himself out. |
Jeromejnr:It's the name they gave him in the film. |
tomhank:You're right at 2 hours 24 minutes and 53 seconds, it certainly is as long as a film. UPDATE: For anyone interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEEsrmEWSxU |

tomhank:Pele-o, the power of time travel and the wahala it brings. I'm watching all the cutscenes from the story mode of Mortal Kombat X on YouTube, does this count as a film? |
anthoniosp:Story. Who knew shouting and repitition is what you regard as a compelling argument? Coincidentally, people actually reported your comment after your ban (and your resurfacing as TheMascot), so either way the result would have been the same. You appear to still be hurt about it, since you refuse to let it go. Step away from your device, grow, live and mature. This will be the last time I refer to this petulance. Goodnight and good luck. |
proffnico:Wild Card seems an odd choice after 2 disaster movies. It truly is the wild card of the bunch. |
80%?! WKOFIT? Apparently the woman is now his investment, rent, bills, savings and taxes? There's a difference between spoiling your significant other and stupidity. Be afraid if your significant other spends most of their money on you all the time. Be. Very. Afraid. |
Brookyln Nine-Nine. |
aliondo:It's not, it's a Canadian web series on YouTube. |
koice:I was wondering why you were going on about Schrödinger's cat? Thought you might have lost it for a second...Heard about Coherence via BBC Film Review a few months back, the reviewer (Mark Kermode) said good things about it. All I remember is it was a weird dinner party, and the guy that played Xander, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, is in it. |
phantom:How does one man spoil one of his children's favourite TV shows? He proceeds to make a film about it without actually using the mythos built by the show. It takes 10 guys doing a complex tai chi routine to move a freaking boulder, not like a section of a mountain, but a freaking boulder from left to right! If those guys did that in the tv series, they would have decimated a mountain or built Buckingham palace complete with life size statues of the royal family, their corgis and guards. Seriously, who the feck is Oong? F**kity bye. Sidebar: Imagine, I'm this pissed off and I still haven't watched it...now imagine if I had...oh I would have probably turned into one of those crazy stans and actively stalked the man until he gave a public apology and reimburse all the folks that paid to watch it. I would have made his butt write an apology to the creators of the Avatar universe and then pay them for lost royalties and damages. |
Carmilla. |
phantom:M. Night is usually a good way of ensuring I don't watch it. Mr. Final Twist just be ruining good stuff. I still haven't forgiven him for Avatar: The Last Airbender...and I still haven't even watched it (my body always falls asleep before they find Aang, then my then roommate told me not to bother since he knew how much I loved the series), I've only seen the Honest trailer & the other YouTube video about the mistakes. Who the feck is Oong?! Anywho, watching Orphan Black. |
zyzxx:What have you done for me lately? |
tomhank:From wikipedia, the definition of predestination paradox. A temporal causality loop is a scenario in which some earlier event #1 is the cause of (or at least one of the causes of) some later event #2, and through time travel, event #2 is also the cause of event #1. The paradox occurs when a time traveler is caught in a loop of events that "predestines" or "predates" him or her to travel back in time. In this case, event #2 would be the event of the time traveler going back in time, and #1 would be something that time traveler did in the past that in turn influenced him or her to travel back in time.He exists because he had to exist to exist in the first place. I know that sounds terribly annoying, but that's a closed time loop for you. See Fry from Futurama - he is his own grandfather. He was frozen literally on New Year's Day in 2000 and was thawed on New Year's Day in 3000. He ended up traveling to the past, where he unwittingly killed his own grandfather - then correctly assumed that since he still existed, that that man couldn't have been his grandfather. So the woman he's attracted to cannot be his grandmother, he sleeps with her...seconds after the deed, he and everyone else realise he's his own grandfather. Although, this actually helps along the line (but that's another story), man I miss Futurama, those guys were the kings of continuity. |
Wow, so much for propriety... |
Okay, this will be the last time I move your threads to the correct section, next time - I'll just quietly delete them. Why not try to update your previous posts with more details, instead of creating new threads with different pictures? |
