Moved it to general, I don't think it's the type of gaming we are looking for...

nwaobitex:
i just dey observe

Hope you're enjoying your observation?

Okay guys, it's time to use this thread properly...

"Dearie..." the Dark One smirked, "...it's time to act."

Seun:
Mail Supermods from home page

Thanks, will do that.

wman:
Send Seun a mail.

How do I do this?

Lovetinz:
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In Greek mythology, a phoenix or phenix (Greek: φοῖνιξ phoinix) is a long-lived bird that is cyclically regenerated or reborn. Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor.

I know the meaning perfectly, I just found it odd that it came out from my own fingers.

Since our lovely section of NL currently looks like the Wild West, I think it's time to act. It seems our mod, mkmyers45, is MIA. Maybe he needs a helping hand, what do say guys...we could help him rise from the ashes like a Phoenix? **I've no idea where that came from**

Guykhena:
I totally agree,in Joss we trust .
Btw rumors are flying around that he won't be doing Avengers 3,and Age Of Ultron would be his last...

Oh well, if that's true, then he better make this the most kick ass MCU film ever.

I watched Happy New Year and The Book of Life earlier today, both turned out to be rather enjoyable.

Guykhena:
Joss is the God Of Nerds(lol),
James Spader is from "Breaking Bad".

My only worries is the Hulk, you know it seems he's on rampage(maybe Scarlet witch hexed him),or he felt betrayed in finding out Tony Stark had an Hulkbuster armor all along.
Really don't want him to go all mad and out of control,or it could be a good thing, you know leading to a Planet Hulk Movie (tho I doubt).

You must refer to Joss as Master...

BeingAkorede:
Anxiously waiting.

Can we have your review?

There were proper funny moments, where we lost our collective minds, it doesn't take itself seriously. Plus, the level of fan service for the female audience - who knew SRK was packing abs on abs on abs. As long as you don't take the movie too seriously, you'll enjoy it.

cupidhero:
damn these low end phones! would listen to it tomorrow when i get a new PC. i have this feeling that this is the song i'm looking for. i think the main instrument was a xylophone. if you played it please tell me you hear a xylophone filled melody?

I believe it's Dentention Main Theme (https://soundcloud.com/brain-and-melissa/detention-main-theme-detention?in=brain-and-melissa/sets/detention-1)

BeingAkorede:
Sure, you'll be entertained. Are you seeing the first day show?

Over here, yes. It was OTT and highly entertaining.

killzone:
girl go nd watch it as I am now am so excited for the movie don't want to reveal anithin bout the trailer

I thought my post already covered the fact that I did actually watch it, and proceeded to quietly freak out in this very public restaurant I'm in right now.

Gotta love the internet, I'm guessing the file is still converting. So it will take a while before it becomes live. I've no clue about the size.

Update: Link is live and it's 92MB.

Happy New Year better be good, I'm going into this blind in an hour and a half...

killzone:
that means u have watched the avenger age of ultron trailer

Oddly enough no...**watches it** Frell. Me. Dead. See me trying not to lose my shtako in the middle of a public place.

It's might be your lucky day. Brian & Melissa actually have a Soundcloud with songs from the film.
Currently listening to Reached the End. https://soundcloud.com/brain-and-melissa/reached-the-end-detention
Wow, they also did the soundtrack to Infamous: Second Sun.
You can listen to their 6 tracks from Detention on their Soundcloud (https://soundcloud.com/brain-and-melissa/sets/detention-1)

cupidhero:
True that! first of all it was a melody and it was played twice in the movie. IMDB was not helpful too,did go on youtube to listen to the soundtracks one by one and it was not listed among them. The detention movie stars hunger games sweet heart "josh hutcherson",my current device has limited capabilities so sorry my post was not well written.lost me PC/phone to burglars some days back. The truth might be that SHAZAM uses an algorithm that recognizes only lyrics and then convert the sound pattern/waves before displaying the result. The "detention" soundtrack was an instrumental/melody and there was no VOICE in it. tnx 4 ur contribution tho.

This could mean it's the film's score (composed specifically for the film), according to Wikipedia, the film's composers are Brian & Melissa. Now the important question is was the film score released and did someone download it?

I keep watching it 'cause I'm a die hard Joss Whedon fan...

"Finish him," the last words he ever heard.

ShirelleBaby:
PASSION OF THE SOUL-jackie appiah and mahjid micheal

The song was played in the wedding-sweety sweety-i have searched endlessly for the song yet no hope

Well, if you could point to the section of this, maybe get some hope in knowing what it sounds like...plus, it seems the whole saga (Naija & our three million parters) is on YouTube. Remember folks, every little helps...(why the frak am I quoting Tesco?)

From memories to this very day we all have songs we would love to know who made them but can't cos apps like shazam only listen through a speaker but will never have access to the very place where tunes from our past is stored. we also have heard songs being played in movies and yet can't get any info on the name of the song or melody.
Please does anyone know anything about this song,it was played in the hollywood movie "Detention®" immediately the male character defeated the villain and everything went back to normal. It was a melody actually.

Have no clue, plus it doesn't exactly help there's more than one US film called Detention. Your best bet is looking at the music section of the credits or checking IMDb (for said credits, if you can't rewatch the film). If it's the actual score, then that would be more difficult.

@francawilson, you're in for a wild ride with Person of Interest. Leverage - man I miss this show, I miss Parker being Parker. Hardison, Nate, Sophie & Elliott. And to think the only reason I watched the show was due to the fact that 'Nigerian' was in the pilot's title.

Aamir Khan & Anushka Sharma in a film together?? Sweet.

I keep hearing good things about the Purge films, especially the first one. I'll try it out later.

Proffdada:
some less demanding games can still run on core i3, don't discourage his quest

I've no issue with i3, it's with Intel's graphics cards. My laptop has both Intel & AMD graphics cards with a i3, whenever I need to play gives I change to the better one, since the Intel one will not be able to show the graphics, playing a game of grey squares is not fun.

Sorry dude, Intel graphics cards are useless for gaming.

badmrkt:
Is it me or my pc... I installed pes2013 on my (hp probook 450 g2), whenever I want play any game mode it force closes. Is it me or the pc does not meet the required specs to run this game?... Pls urgent reply.

Preboy:
anyone with link to the mp4 format? fztvseries hasn't uploaded it yet

Do you consider 85MB huge?

Update:
If you don't consider it huge, then here's a mp4 file.

Finally watched it, Zelda Williams is really killing it as the voice of Kuvira. Kuvira seems to be taking a leaf from Firelord Sozin's book. Nice seeing Toph still being Toph.
