Please brothers what could be the problem of my lifepo4 battery 12.8v 43A
I've been using it to charge my phone .
As the voltage reduced to 12.7-12.8v I decided to recharge it,

If you connect the charger the battery shows 12.8v but if you connect the charger to the mains to charge it mediately shows 13.9v on the charger without even charging

There are smart energy monitors in country with switching function that can serve you . Pair it with a properly sized contactor for heavy loads.

Depends on the size of the battery, a laptop charger and bulk converters are needed.

A laptop changer supplies like 18.5v but only 3.5A, how can I booster the current to like 16-21A for say 46ah 12.8v setup

Yes, You connect the cells to a BMS, then to the charge controller. Set the float and absorb to 13.8v
