For B.Sc, its usually 120k, but for HND, its usually between 80k-100k per month.

Except OP is an NCDMB Officer or has a very strong tie with a Manager in NCDMB, i can guarantee you that you're wasting your time.

May 26th should be the day we receive our offer letters if we’re to follow the same number of days between application deadline and receipt of offer letter for the 22/23 set, because that process lasted for 239 days (22nd November 2022 - 19th July 2023).

We’re currently 186 days into this campaign, on the 186th day they were already done with the AC for the Abuja folks and were doing that of Lagos.

I’m honestly surprised you contributed and identified yourself as an “insider”. That “dirty” job is often left to “outsiders”. Please prioritise your job safety. That document was from 10 maybe 11 years before you sat for your AC. Maybe 3 years before mine.

But Honestly that has annoyed me too how it's like it's a taboo. You are expected to negotiate salary but you won't find any concrete info on the Salary so you end up under negotiating.
Like how Google/AI suggests like max of 1M and a company can be offering 2M and you give salary expectation of 1M😅😅

Or if AI hypes it and you say 1M while that company pays 500M.

Though most times negotiating doesn't retract the offer unless you reject it so it's not much of an issue but can lead to some underpaying you.

social media was always last for me

Amen 🤲🤲The job assessment also was not funny, but we thank God sha. It encompasses group discussion, one on one interview with Indians and computer based test (Indian Standard. LOL) all in the same day. smiles.

However, although not sure, but they might consider how fast one was able to finish the JFA. I believe that is why, they "advised the test takers to be fast and not overthink" even though there is no time limit.

I actually finished it! Unlike the other sessions where the timer cut me off, I managed to answer every single question in that part.

Omo, my second assessment was though. Could not finish my Numerical, the last question I could not answer, even though I skipped some questions that seemed like time wasters, would have earned me a bonus point (just ranking by sales/target). I believe those with jobs write the assessment while being calm (because they have nothing to loose. LOL) and that helps. I had another assessment to prepare for, and would need to travel 18hrs to get to the venue and this job I am more likely to get by God's grace. So I was juggling between preparing for NLNG assessment and preparing for the other assessment too. For this reason, I had to take my NLNG assessment earlier so I can focus on preparing for the other. God so kind, I encountered issues (with shl) I was able to resolve. If I had waited a little longer before taking the NLNG assessment, I don't know what would have happened. The past two weeks were overwhelming for me. 😞. But we thank God.

Mehn, you'll think 18mins is enough to answer 10 questions, until you begin. Luck might shine on some though as they may get easier questions especially in the numerical section. Was your third section process monitoring? You'll be monitoring like 7 things at a time, bro!!! SMH
