The way Buhari is going about abusing basic human rights that are enshrined in the constitution and doesn't need any debate shows a great deal that he's an unrepentant dictator.

It is a shame that some Nigerians willingly chose a dictator to pilot the affairs of this nation in this 21st century when nations are kicking out his kind out of politics and national political turf.
Sadly we are stuck with this thing for the next 3 and half years.

You guys are missing up something. The electoral act says something about the death of a candidate standing for election. It states that the election will be suspended , the party involved will conduct fresh primaries to choose another candidate. Now, a new candidate can't start from where audu stopped. There will be a total fresh election in kogi state.
