Make una go collect una PVC. You will be surprised that most of the people commenting and yearning for change don't even have voters card.

You will be shocked how many voters card these thieving politicians have bought to mass rig the election.

We need to do beyond social media rabbling. This is what we did in 2023 yet they rigged it using 'unexplained glitches".

We must make it overwhelmingly difficult for the enemies to rig, to intimidate and to suppress. One sure way to do this is to ensure every eligible Nigerians have their voters card ready to vote on election day.

Another area we must be willing to be patriotic is to volunteer to be party polling agent even if there's no money to be paid for it. Otherwise, we will still have parties not represented at the polling units. This was one of the argument used against LP and other parties in the last presidential election tribunal.

We Obidients must do more than conquering the social media space this time. Go and get your voters card, canvas, campaign, show up on election day, don't be intimidated, don't let them suppress you, vote and ensure your vote is counted and recorded properly in the form EC8, stand gidigba and ensure the result is transmitted to IREV - Don't even agree that there's no network to transmit. Go to the Irev portal and ensure the transmitted result is actually the one that's recorded. We must follow everything bumper to fender this time. Even if it's raining brimstone or the heat scorching like hell fire on that day, I repeat we must stay gidigba all through to prevent those that wants to "snatch, grab and run away" with our efforts.

The future of this country lies in our hands.

but u will allow a white man enter visa free. Clap for yourself
When you make rules against yourself, you have to comply by your rules. Rules are rules. What you should be concerned about is that you're being stupid for making rules that affects your fellow blacks and favours the white.

That's how we've all been living with our stupid rules against our very selves. You would think the elites are complaining like you and me. They have the capacity to change things for good, but because keeping their fellow black men in perpetual penury favours them, they will never do anything about it.

Until you clearly see how things are starkly rigged against the common man, you will not understand how those in corridors of power in this part of the world operates. The continual suffering of the masses is what feeds their engines.

I am being futuristic in the post.

So, you should stop testing a futuristic post with past occurrences.
Oga.....stop pretending as if you don't know this country. Everything about the future has been rigged. Even future crude sale has been used to borrow money and the money already shared/misspent by the oligarchy.

The new electoral law in itself is the rigging tool. You can already see how it's playing out. It was particularly written to stifle oppositions. If by now you can't wake up and smell the coffee, I best leave you to it.

I don't know the type of Polling-Units that exist around you.
The ones around me are civil enough, and obey the rules very well..

Nevertheless, this thread is not about Polling-Units.
It is about the “Final Collation Centers” where the Returning Officer is in charge.!!

..
..

The Court is the Court..

No single person owns the court.

..
..

Is it not supposed to be in the court that you seek redress??
Is this how badly much you no more trust the Nigerian Courts??

..
..

When the time comes, we will know exactly whether you are correct or not.

..
..

The “Returning Officer” is INEC, and also representing INEC.
So, whatever the Returning Officer says, it is INEC that says it.
Oga shift,....Final Collation Centre is their Regional Headquarters of rigging. And the court you're proposing to go to is their Global HQ for day light robbery.

Politics › Re: When A Returning Officer Says “Go To Court”, It Can Nullify The Election by CaptainFM1: 8:52am On May 15
BluntCrazeMan:
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS....

..

Question-1.:

According to Sections 65(b) and 138(1)(a) of the Electoral Act 2026, if a collation officer refuses to treat the disputes that were raised at his level of collation, and tells the party-agents that “all the disputes would all be treated together at the final level of collation”; but then, when all the disputes were gathered at the final collation level, the returning officer still would not treat the disputes which were accumulated before him, rather he told the party-agents to “GO TO COURT and file all your disputes inside your election petition”,......
Would that be enough grounds for the cancelling the election?

Answer.:

Yes, this scenario describes clear non-compliance with collation procedures under the Electoral Act 2026.

Sections 62 and related provisions require collation officers and returning officers to address and resolve disputes/complaints raised by party agents at their level using polling unit data, accreditation records, and transmitted results — and not defer everything or dismiss them outright.

Telling agents to “Go To Court” without proper handling of the disputes that were raised violates the rules of the Electoral Act.
This can be a ground for an election petition under Section 138(1), which includes non-compliance. If the non-compliance is proven to be substantial, the court may nullify the election and order a fresh one.

Evidence which include witnesses, videos, and forms would be needed to prove this non-compliance in the court.

..

..

Question-2.:
If a returning officer refuses to settle the disputes that were raised by the party agents and tell them to “Go To Court”, then it means that the whole of the election is already flawed, since the breach by the returning officer affected the whole of the results of that election which he poorly handled (being that the returning officer is the final collation officer in that particular election).

Answer.:
Yes, that is true.

Refusing to resolve party agents' disputes at the collation/returning officer level breaches the Act's procedures as stated in Section 65(b).

This amounts to non-compliance under Section 138(1)(a); and thus, the returning officer saying “Go To Court” without resolving the disputes that were raised is actually a substantial ground to petition the election tribunal for the invalidation of the election.

If it substantially proven at the tribunal (with enough evidence) that those raised disputes (which were not treated by the returning officer affected) the overall results, then the election would be cancelled, and an order for a fresh election would be given by the tribunal.
Who is the court? Who owns the court?

Electoral pundits are about to start analysing issues and candidates on all platforms.
Fake polithiefians are about to start deceiving us again.
All incumbents are suppose to campaign on result and achievements, but many don't have anything to show for the last 4years. So they will rely on buying voters with sachet rice and #5000.
Some candidates will show up for electoral debates while some will reduce it to town hall discussions.
Some will campaign vigorously, while others will rely on stooges.
Some will hire machineries, while some will rely on fickle love.
Some will start preventing their perceived opponents from campaigning.
Some governors will blatantly tell oppositions not to come to their state to campaign.
Some hoodlums will be hired to suppress people from coming out to vote. Some will be hired to scatter-scatter everywhere once they perceived they are already losing at the polling unit.
Results will be imported from no where like magic.
Unexplained glitches 2.0 is already been simulated by the enemies of the electorates.
Its now or never for some polithiefians.
Some will cry 😭
Some will celebrate.
In the end, nothing new will happen. It will probably be a worst version of the last election.

speed limit threat and avoid easy target of the president, am a certified spy driver, i knw what am saying. though am not working with it.
I'm a professional and internationally recognized security and safety personnel Sir. In every situation, you have to do a risk matrix and risk assessment analysis.

You are just looking at security alone. Threats doesn't come from security only. You have to adopt a multifaceted approach to it.

That said, looking at the video again, it's probably that the convoys are about arriving their destination at which point, speed in itself becomes a major risk.

In journey management planning, the matrix can change as the situation dictates. Security and safety are both interwoven. And one must not impede the other. You just have to manage both for optimum result.

The advance team consists of over 50 vehicles that are not common in the US? Not sure thats the case sir.

The US has 750 military bases around the world and none in China, so we cant say that many vehicles were flown from the US for advance team operations.

Im US-based, lived here for almost 22 years now and live close to Washington DC, never seen any of such vehicles before in the US.
Go back to read what I wrote again.

".............to land "the beast" in particular"

Can you not see the beast among the convoy?

It doesn't matter which other vehicles formed the convoy. The president doesn't ride in any vehicles other than "the beast" whether home or abroad. That's why they always go ahead to land "the beast" before his arrival.

Safety probably outweighs security on the risk matrix for the particular journey. Also speed becomes dangerous if it's a short journey.

Having a lounge does not make someone a criminal. A lounge is simply a relaxation, hospitality and social interaction center where people meet, relax, discuss ideas, eat, network and entertain themselves responsibly. Around the world, lounges are legitimate businesses that create jobs, generate income and support local economies.

In fact, many successful politicians, businessmen and global leaders own hospitality businesses because such environments help them connect with people directly, understand society better and build strong grassroots relationships.

Politics is about understanding people, communication, networking and human connection. A lounge can even help political ambition positively because it becomes a place where people from different backgrounds interact, exchange ideas and discuss societal issues openly.

The real issue is not owning a lounge; the real issue is the character, vision and values of the person running it. A responsible entrepreneur creating opportunities for people should not be stereotyped negatively.

Every legitimate business deserves respect, whether it is a school, farm, company, hotel or lounge. Success should not automatically be interpreted as crime.
