Please proffer solutions. I need help.

Npower did not pay my January 2022 renumeration. Dashboard was showing _processing_ and later showed _failed_. I tried sending them complaint innumerable times via their address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng and info@nasims.gov.ng but these mails were not delivered.

Now, February 2022 renumeration has commenced and I'm still left out. What could be done to resolve this. I don't even know any physical npower official to contact �
