Politics / Re: Sowore's Revolution Now, Day Of Rage Protest On August 5th. What Do You Think? by cardinalmundez(m): 10:57am On Aug 02, 2019
A revolution encompasses all our various grievances, so whether you are Igbo, Jukun, Ibibio, Kanuri, Yoruba or even Fulani, it's an avenue to (peacefully) demonstrate.

But I fear for the level of anger amongst the populace and the trigger happy police authorities who might be quelling tension.

You must be ready to give your life.

Nairaland / General / Make Money While You Sleep And While Answering Calls by cardinalmundez(m): 3:39pm On Dec 22, 2015
I usually try to help as many people that want to be helped.

Truth is, technology is soo available to us that we really have no excuse not to enjoy free education with personal research by surfing the internet for pictures, books, handouts, videos and all sorts of related articles.

Making money is the same.
There are too many people on the internet, as we speak someone is updating his/her BBM dp, or sending a chat on whatsapp, or checking Facebook, or searching Google..... some are begging for Bundle grin

Whatever the case a phone in this generation that can browse and surf the internet is as good as a laptop that can browse and do the same and make you money off the internet.

Some avenues make money faster, some people will ask you to buy a freaking book, cheap asses! My dear what is free is free even though the people making the money are the owners of the app but there is an equal opportunity to make some of that free internet money that people everywhere are making.

This is what I propose. Its a new app thats making rounds by selling ads when you make calls. For flashing the ad before and after the calls you make, they pay you in points, these points can then be converted to Credit Naira (credit naira is not cash naira, its a currency for airtime for online businesses working with MTN, GLO, AIRTEL, ETISALAT and other tele-companies).

This is the app to download it on Google Playstore https:///JJBvkp

or scan the QR Code below to go to the Google Playstore for we peoples that like scanning things shocked

Nairaland / General / Using Bryte Smartwatch And Other Android Watches. by cardinalmundez(m): 2:39pm On Sep 21, 2015
As a gadget guy I like to use out of the ordinary gadgets. I can't willingly just wanna buy a watch past N10k unless it does something more extraordinary than just tell time.
We'll android watches to that. You can make calls, see notifications, play music, take videos, record audio, track your running or exercise steps and still do much more.
However you need a software called RWATCH to be able to do the added functions like receiving calls, notifications and all that. If you don't download RWATCH or any of its substitutes, well you may not enjoy the full potential of the phone. RWATCH is on the Google Play Store.
Don't get frustrated. Oh! And at the time of writing this BRYTE SMARTWATCH is N15k.
Enjoy!
It's a nice gift.

Jobs/Vacancies / Finding A Job Can Be Less Stressful by cardinalmundez(m): 3:51pm On Aug 26, 2015
So when I created my awesome android app, I was thinking in the direction of making for myself something that would keep me informed all the time.
I put in alot of work to make it better than what was out there in the play store and my invention was born. I have currently been using it for 3months and within these three months, about 300 people have used my app with about 27 people thanking me for the app.
I hardly thought putting out an app like that would gain me all that appreciation most of which was on how easy my application made it to search for jobs.
The app was not inteneded solely as a job hunting app but has proven to be a powerful tool in pulling resources related to Nigeria jobs in a section of the app. Other sections include NEWS, GOSSIP, HOT NEW MUSIC (mp3's and videos) and AS A NIGERIAN TRAVELLERS APP.

From inside the app you can compare all the Nigerian airlines and their performances to whatever level you want to even going as far back as 3 months ago so that you can make a better choice of what airline to travel with or who is the most reliable airline for the week. Without leaving the app you can even make payments to your favorite airlines using the airline flights tab located from within the app.

Being cool is being informed, thats why i created the app in the first place, I couldnt watch all the world news and Nigerian news and still work and do a ton of stuff soo i created an app knowing that I chat alot and spend alot of the time with my face buried in my android devices. Now no news passes me by becasuse staying informed is now as easy as swiping from left to right and backwards, starring my favorite articles and sharing the rest to family and friends who i know will find the read interesting. The app keeps me soo informed that in the office they turn on the news on tv and I give everyone a low-down of what the news is or was all about! Crazy! huh!
Everything news from FOOTBALL, WEDDINGS, IT, POLITICS, CUISINE, SCANDALS, ARTISTS, FAIRS, JOBS.......... I could really go on but honestly my life is no longer the same. I'm like a walking encyclopedia/anchorman/job-pointer/god

So the next fun section is THE MUSIC section. Get the lastest music (as in .mp3 format) of songs that you like from the podcast MUSIC section, just navigate to the section and download songs you wanna listen to.

Get it now and join the MOST INFORMED ELITES IN NIGERIA
you can let me know how it worked for you if you want to

Family / Re: Words Of Advice From A Mother To Her Daughter by cardinalmundez(m): 6:28am On Jul 10, 2015
I don't know who you are but reading the first few lines of westernization and feminism, I would read you column any day anytime.
histemple:
Absolutely on point. One of the major causes of our problems is the misplaced aggression to emulate the western culture. The nascent gender equality drive has subjected us to unfounded mendacious sentiments and has virtually made almost all our women to become feminists. And most of us are trying so hard to live an European life in Africa.
Every society operate based on their value system and cultural inclination. For instance, western countries encourage single mothers and so they are indirectly increasing the number of bastards and marriage breakups. In Africa, a woman is more dignified and respected by the society based on her ability to build an enviable home. In Africa, a respectful woman has more power and influence over a man and can get anything she wants.
To justify my point, a true african woman will appreciate this advice from a mother but it's a complete trash to a Western lady.
My fellow women, we must be truly African to live peacefully and happily in Africa as trying to be Western in Africa will result to increased frustration.
Woman submit and respect your husband and the Man should love his Wife.

Nina is the colleague right? smiley

That was the first thing I noted asides not being wanted to be pointed in the right direction.
Mr man here is doing wrong to not only himself but his wife and children but doing more harm to himself. Are you still sleeping with other women asides Nina, or Nina is the sweetest of them all. Having more than one sexual partner after marry makes you compare styles, compare satisfaction, which is alot of psychological damage for you. Karma awaits if your mind does break first.

It's a good thing you documented it bro.

Politics / Re: Ezekwesili Defends Stance, Says No Empirical Evidence Obasanjo Is Corrupt by cardinalmundez(m): 9:33am On May 06, 2015
I like that you see or read between the lines, alot of us know the true including journalists but it in other to drive Web views and for publicity stunts you can't put it all plainly, there has to be something racy to make you wanna click or read this thread.
its just unfortunate that it is to the detriment of the truth and it gets to be true once it comes online, After all, how do you want to trace it's authenticity after 3 blogs carry the news unless someone directly involved comes out to refute the news which happens scarcely

obailala:
There was no way it (OBJ's regime) could have been more corrupt that the government of Abacha. I am sorry,”

How does the statement above translate in the brains of some people to mean "OBJ's government was not corrupt"?

Nigeria as a nation is just filled with educated illiterates.

1. Oby never denied that OBJ's government was corrupt. She agreed that the regime was corrupt and that steps were taken to fight the corruption; even though the fight wasnt successful

2. Oby never said OBJ was not corrupt. She only tactically refused to answer the question and that was common sense at work.

Sometimes I wonder the kind of education some of these journalists have for them to come up with such interpretations. I also wonder the kind of schools some Nigerians went to.

It is one thing to say a person's government is corrupt and it is another thing to say the person himself is corrupt. Common sense and diplomacy in speech entails that you do not answer certain questions directly in public especially when no competent law court has convicted him of corruption. Oby may have accused GEJ of administrative incompetence, irresponsibility and running a massively corrupt government. But I am yet to see where she openly accuses the man GEJ himself of being corrupt. The lady has a degree in diplomacy and wouldn't have attained her present heights if she spoke carelessly on international TV.
