Hi guys, I'm in need of help with my physiology final year project. My topic is effect of alligator pepper and chilli pepper on gastric secretion in albino rats. I'm testing for gastric pH and volume of gastric secretion. Please I've met a lab technician and he said it is not feasible to measure gastric contents. My supervisor is no help either. How do I test for them? |
