Do you know what Ghana is building that Nigerian seems not to understand now. ""soft power"" . Ghana as at past decade have begin to internationally brand herself as one the most democratically stable country in africa, showing progress in the constant economic growth( this progress are reflecting in her international outlook) Ghanaian citizens( it dosnt matter the class) are directly benefiting from the high direct investment which in creating jobs for the locals and many more.

Not every country will need a commerce city, some will prefer industrial hub which is currently springing up in Ghana 216 district .....

You say Ghana is developing an industrial district right?...OK ...big ups to Ghana then.... But I'd also tell you same is going on in Niger, chad, Gambia and the WHOLE OF AFRICA FAM. what's in an industrial district

Let's analyse...an industrial estate could house factories producing plastic, milk,noodles,biscuits and so on...you get the drift...
On the flip side, industrial areas could also house big industries manufacturing cables, vehicles (even assemblies), smartphones, electronics and so on.

So the question is, what is being manufactured there?

Lastly, Nigeria still remains the power house of West Africa

It would take Nigeria 10 to 20 years to reach the stage. If you go to Britain America and Europe they used unlimited Wi-Fi download that is what I am using in Botswana one terabyte is Peanuts in a month

importation controls the beninoise economy Mr man and some nigerians import goods from beninoise ports because of the high import duties in Nigerian ports basically to discourage importation and then SMUGGLE them through porous borders into Nigeria to sell...the Benin government deliberately charges low import duties because their economy thrives primarily on imports from smuggled goods into Nigeria. A classic example was when obasanjo closed Nigeria's borders.. Try to read up on that.

Yes Nigeria is big zoo...because as of 2017 - you only had 150K fixed broadband ( I don't know how many are fiber) - Kenya has about 0.5M (about 3 times your fixed broadband)...South Africa last I checked had about 2M fixed broadband connections.
