SA does have a thriving (to some extent) heavy duty manufacturing economy.....but the fighter jets part I highly doubt.

all I remember was SA trying to build fighter jets in the 80's with Israeli assistance. didn't last.

I'd really love an advice on how to withdraw funds from my neteller account without verification.

I opened the account to make some transactions and decided to first test it with a $55 deposit because I wasn't convinced about the genuineness of the payment platform. Funny thing is they didn't notify me of verification till after I had funded my account.

Now the money is inaccessible because I only have the NIN slip as my identity and my passport has expired.
