And pls correct the statement "cleared thru llagos" cus u ended up putting me in problems when the ride cldnt be cleared by Odi

Silashavex: Its so unfortunate that this issue cant be resolved, not until it gets to this platform. All the same, we have to hear from all other parties before any judgement. Notwithstanding it will be unfair to "spoil business" for your man, cos you mentioned this is not your first time of doing business with him............

Now i will to the bone of contention

Owner of vehicle requested that a refund be made and he will get another person to handle the job because he didn't see his vehicle coming out soon and also he discovered how much was paid as duty on the vehicle.

I duly notified saintjoel on the new development and told him that the other agent involved in the matter had spoken to the owner of the vehicle and the owner wants his money refunded >>>>>> simple matter.

Saintjoel thought i was playing a fast one on him and requested that the money he gave the other agent should be sent to his (saintjoel's acct) which i refused on good grounds that once saintjoel gets the money he eld disappear cis at the point he wasn't picking my calls or returning any sms and ws insisting that the refund should be sent back to him.

I told him if that be the case, lets all meet at the bank and the refund is done with everyone present .... he refused. The other agent agreed to refund directly to me after seeing reasons with me and even after saintjoel threaten him.

On getting the refund from the other i sent saintjoel proof of the refund and this is what he said ....... see attached

Now since i couldn't get the papers for progress done on the SUV, i decided to go to the terminal myself and find out whats happening. On reaching there, i was able to arrange for viewing of the vehicle n i snapped a pic of it and sent it to the owner to assure him that his vehicle is intact.


saintjoel then came to meet me with sum guys and pleaded with me not to carry out further search on the vehicle, that it will spoil the work they have been doing.

June 5 conversation

At this point saintjoel had told us that he gave the job to another agent by the name of Ody and at a point he released the agent's number to us so that we can speak to the agent directly cis he said the agent was avoiding his call. I will call the agent's attention to this so has to make sure everyone is on the same page

On June 4th, i told saintjoel that the owner of this vehicle is getting impatient. And he said "your vehicle will come out that evening, manage your people"

At this point i was getting the feeling that something wrong has happened during the clearing process and called saintjoel on phone asking him if there is any problem that he may need help wit. He said no problems

On June 2nd, i requested that i see the papers on which progress has been done on the SUV and also requested that i see the ride @ the terminal .... Attached is request to that effect


Saintjoel later told me that the which he said "was with him previously" (i even sent Oliverjaid to meet up with him at the port and get a copy of the paper, but saintjoel told oliverjaid that he was on his way out of tin can via speed boat) was now with someone in festac and it will be scanned to me via email and requested for my email addy. As usual i attach proof to that effect

Saintjoel gave a clearing period of 5 days. On may 31st (10days after first contact), saintjoel assured me that the SUV will be out. Proof of that uploading

Then he told me he was down wit cold and also having family meetings, but he is on my job.

On may 21st 2014, saintjoel n I agreed on a sum to clear a 2011 SUV.

NOTE:

Saintjoel had abt 1month ago cleared one SUV for me and though we had problems, he personally apologized via txt n sms. So I said I will give him another try.
