Controversial Ghanaian legal practitioner Maurice Ampaw, has insisted that incessant loud moaning during sex is a crime which must be punished.

According to the legal practitioner, in a chat with Lexis Bill in an interview on Behind the Fame on Drive Time on Joy FM, moaning infringes on the rights of others and must be stopped.

He said;

“Why is it that you are having sex and I cannot sleep? In a compound house, they are having sex with you and everybody cannot sleep, you are infringing upon their rights to privacy and you are committing a crime and a wrong to them because you are committing what we call sexual nuisance,” 

“Everything that makes noise, everything that makes you uncomfortable is a nuisance.”

“There are some girls when they are having sex and you are passing on the streets, you will hear them moaning and screaming.”

“The worst ones are the men, if you are a man and you are having sex too and you are talking and moaning…can’t you control yourself? You should have self-control,” he said.

“When animals are having sex do you hear them moaning like that?”

Maurice Ampaw recounted an experience in Koforidua in the Eastern region where he could not get sleep because of the excessive noise being made by a couple having sex at a hotel he was lodging at.

“After I had finished with a hard day’s work at 7 o’clock I checked into my room and this guy and this girl came to town to chill…and they came to also rest…

I was lying down before I could realize, [their] bed [was making noise] and then I woke up, I could not sleep and the girl was giving commentary,” he narrated.

The legal practitioner, who was clearly not amused by the experience, said the couple punished him because he was also in the mood and he didn’t have anybody to have sex with.

“If you are enjoying, enjoy but don’t come and infringe on [my rights]…We must put a stop to it,” Maurice Ampaw concluded.

Yes you can't compare it with losing a life but I have never taken someone's money nah.. I can't even imagine myself waking up one day to be thinking about stealing someone's money

God sometimes I wonder the kind of human beings we have now. How can someone just be so comfortable stealing someone else's hard earned money.
This morning as I was going to work.. Had to stop at the bank to make I withdrawal of #185k. But before getting to my office my car broke down and I called the mechanic to come and pick it up where I am.
To cut the story short.. I took the money put it inside my back bag(like the school bag). I now had to enter bus. Like normal oo.. People were in the bus.. After like 30 minutes the two guys at the back started having issues with the conductor. I was sitting on the seat before theirs. But the think is that I was busy thinking about how this my car just decided to frustrate me today and its been long like years I entered public transport to work.. So when the whole drama was now becoming too much with the conductor and the passengers shouting upandan.. Those boys decided to come down and paid.. Till we reached where I came down nobody entered to sit behind me. But I was shocked wen I got to the hospital �, opened my back to take the money and put it in a drawer. I couldn't find it till now.
The thing us seriously paining me especially now money is hard to come by.. I honestly cried.. I have being wondering How did it happen?.. How did some one know I have such money in that back?..
Its really paining me eh.. Since that time I hv been in a bad mood. I could it be that those boys opened my zip wen the whole drama was happening and took I or was it someone else..
This kind of thing is not fair

1. If you are talking about serious one i don't have but if your are talking about just friends and ppl you sleep with then yes

2. Yes. Am not sure if I should be saying this at least 3 times every week

3. I don't watch.. BC I am not a churchy or spiritual type of person. I believe in science and my profession made me more to believe in science. Can't even see myself sitting down to watch church programs when I don't even go to church

I am 29 yrs old Medical Doctor. I stay in Lagos and work in a hospital(name withheld). My story started yrs ago wen I was very small that is in pri. Sch. Then I used to have sex in my dreams but never discussed it with any1 bc I don't know what to call it. But the sex in my dreams continued till date.

Again at a time I got worried but i bluffed it saying it was just a dream that it meant nothing. But now it seems it meant something after all.

Luckily I got plenty for mutual friends but what baffled me most was that one that i used to sleep with in my 100l to 200l said one day "nawaoo why can't I get pregnant for you upon we have been sleeping together for over a yr without condom and yet she never take in. I became worried and decided to go for sperm analysis test. It came out fine but when another girl said the same thing again last 3yrs. I decided to find 3 runs girls that I paid to be having sex with me during their window periods to see if they will take in and willing to abort. From the day I started sleeping with them none ever took in. They said Oga you have a problem, go and get help". Note that we carried test on the 3 of them and it showed they are fertile and fit to get pregnant. But I never looked for an answer till date.

But then on Friday I went out with a friend that i planed dating but yet to sleep with her but that night it happened.

Hell broke loose yesterday when she called me yesterday and was so angry with me saying.. In her words "why did u not tell me you have a marine wife "?.. I was like what?.. She then continued saying that have I ever asked myself why can't i get into a serious r/ships , my episodes of sex in my dreams and getting someone pregnant. Don't you know the person you are sleeping with in your dreams?".. I was shocked bc of how she knew?

I asked her who told her and how come she knew about this problem?.. When I knew that I have never discussed it with her or anyone. She now said she met with my spiritual wife and that I should forget getting r/ship, married or having kids without her permission. I should seek for her(spiritual wife). Then as for her I should never talk to her about love and r/ship unless I want to just be having sex with her which she permitted her to give me. Besides she is an Ogbanje so I should not be surprised as she knew..

Now I seriously need a deliverance bc it is now giving me worries.. I will appreciate any help pls. Thank you
