On the wish of hausa to lord over other nationalities, I dont think that's peculiar to hausa people alone- we all have that 'push' to be the one leading others, but how we control this 'instinct' is what makes us a better people. Of all the notherners that ruled this nation , only 2 came in via election(i.e shagari and yaradua). The rest all came via coup.
