barcanista: I think the Objective is to give out CREDIBLE information on the Situation on ground rather than "From our Source" that is constantly peddled by the Foreign media even when they have NO single reporter on ground in the North Eastwhich credible info can u give when the president himself is not receiving the credible one? |
T4taiwo: Why is this post not making front page....seungo to fp and see d topics that are there. Having seen two candidates emerge for both APC and PDP to contest the forthcoming Adamawa election, without a push or a pull, one is expected to spontaneously look at the process that led to their emergence as flagbearers for the various political parties in the state(though, apc and pdp are the parties of reference here) and how it might help our so called 'nascent' democrocy. A further look into the process portrays one political party as entrenching democracy, while the other is surpressing it-like it is known to be doing. Let me outline the processes that played out in both primaries held in Adamawa yesterday: The PDP pulled their not more than 900 delegates from across the state, crammed them into a conference hall of a known size. Ofcourse, it is easier for the 'Mr Fix it' of PDP at the state level to manupulate, induce and interfere with the choice of the delegates to vote for the prefered candidate of a certain hat-capped 'oga at the top'.[/b] It was from this UMAR FINTIRI, the acting governor emerged as the winner. I could recall a scene during PDP governorship primaries in kaduna enroute to 2011 election where Suleiman Hunkuyi was leading, immediately the VP came to the venue, the table changed. They were able to achieve this by making sure the remaining delegates went to the point of casting their ballot with no pen on them and, the name of the prefered candidate crested on the ballot paper. All the delegate needed to do was to dump the ballot paper in the box and they were paid for this malpractice. Again, APC on the other hand, allowed the over 6000 delegates to vote from the various wards across the state , results brought to the state capital and collated there. And it was from these results that SENATOR MUHAMMAD JUBRILA emerged the winner. He(jubrila) polled over 2600 votes with the runner-up, MIJINYAWA, polling close to this(over 2000) figure. From the relative processes outlined above , I can conclude that the APC is driven by internal democracy and, it is poised to make democracy work in Nigeria, and PDP lack a modicum idealogy built on internal democracy. |
Pretty odilafta, how are u doin? |
Desric: pay per post (PPP) .he's on TAN's payroll. |
Adindupeter: Shouldn't you APC rats be more concerned about your party flag bearer?. You think PDP is APC where consensus takes the place of primaries?. Ribadu knows what's best for him so stop crying more than the bereaved.FYI, SENATOR MUHAMMAD JUBRILA jst emerged as the flagbearer of d apc . He polled 2868 ahead of Mijinyawa who polled slightly above 2000 votes. Apc's congress was conducted at d ward level and d result collated at d center. Unlike ur pdp that gathered their 900 delegates in a conference hall and their choice induced to vote fintiri by all means. |
kreamidiva: Which one is ordinary cheating again?it is ordinary compare to other things the 'for better for worse' vow is making u to accomodate. |
GentleMimi: @ first bolded,LMAO!dont go this path. When ladies decide to be b1tches , they wear out easily. As in u grow old quickly if u sample every man out there. Men live/last long with 'polygamistic' instinct. As for truck's prick, he said u stole it. Pls return it. |
I want to go with the pastor cos 'federal presence' is an euphemism for hooded mercenaries, thugs, dss, police, civil defence corp, soldiers sent by the FG to work for pdp in the election. |
adaobi123: I have people who love meneither do i hate u ![]() U ar welcome! |
Gej organises rally, attend birthday party of an oba and dances skelewu after an attack on nigerians. He even travel out at times after such an attack on his subject. |
Aguiyi ironsi gave that model and the delegates played to it. Why creating more states when we have non-working state right now? This is the most useless recommendation by the conference. |
I don taya for dis kain news abeg. |
