donphilopus: If at all you wanna compare the both parties, then compare the state the govern. E.g.

Lagos Vs Akwa Ibom.

Rivers Vs Delta

Edo Vs Bayelsa, and so on!
amaechi's 606060 project keeps ringing in my mind. What a giant stride frm a working governor.

99100: If four million comes out for GEJ, you term it a rented crowd but if two million comes out for Buhari you say he is the ,'man of the people'. You see your lives?

GEJ till 2019.
without kobo paid to anyone, buhari can turn 4 million signature, unlike TAN' rented crowd.

Nairaland GeneralRe: Why Does The Society Discriminate Against Those Who Try To Be Different? by Caseless2: 9:45pm On Sep 06, 2014
When the society says 'be urself', it does not mean going off-lane, but doing what is right.
You don't expect a homophobic society to accept or celebrate you when you turn gay simply because it wanted you to be yourself.

DickDastardly: Now Isis is getting to mean business.

Dunno why i'm happy bout this headline smiley
ISIS is yet to defeat/dethrone bashar al assad(with the support from the west to the isis and other rebel group) putin is supporting , i wonder how they're gonna dethrone putin.
Putin is the reason why ISIS is footdragging and have not captured many places and , the west is why the ISIS is this strong.
All hail PUTIN"

GenBuhari: I have only just started to look at his story so I am still learning about him.

One thing I have learnt about African leaders in history is that those the white man portrays as evil and bad are usually the patriotic.

In his case apart from the outrageous unproven claims of him being a mass murderer and drinking human blood, the hard facts remains that he looked after the interests of his people. He was an African nationalist who when hosted OAU he made a very pro-Africa and anti-imperialist opening speech - no wonder the white man has been trying discrediting since 1971.

But the truth is a stubborn thing it would keep popping up.

The obvious similarity with General Buhari of Nigeria is that they are both patriotic and were not willing to merely be the stooge of their former colonial masters.
when i saw one documentary on idi amin, i was forced to believe that the west wld not allow u a good name if u stand up to them and put ur pple first.
Idi amin was a good man!
PoliticsRe: One Reason Why Jonathan Must Go In 2015 by Caseless2: 4:33pm On Sep 06, 2014
DickDastardly: Thanks for that jejune assertion, but you barely made sense. More reason why you must be stuck with jonathan till 2019. Truth is that the coup did not start breeding yandabas and almajiris, it was a well calculated and deftly implemented retrogressive agenda of the northern elite to keep their people down while they looted the national treasury dry. Talk about control mechanism that backfired to produce bokoharam. You forgot to say ibos led Nigeria to war too, but today who is better off in every aspect of life? North or East?
I rather vote for egift/ispiksdatroof ticket than the bastards you people lick their asses today cool

PoliticsRe: Why Buhari Can Never Rule Nigeria Again! by Caseless2: 3:01pm On Sep 06, 2014
tomakint: The embattled retired General has a pedigree of being strict but to the extreme which makes him unadorable to his fellow colleagues while still serving. His superiors (Danjuma, Obj etc) see him as a loyal officer but too rigid to be trusted while his juniors see him as too strict and fanatical in his ideologies. In this political dispensation, Buhari remains perennially unelectable because he has turned into a loose canon with a revenge mission while his 'superiors and juniors' are still alive!
who is this duck?

if the allegation frm the australian cud not warrant investigation on ihejirika becos he(dr davies) is a self-styled negotiator, i dont think the same allegation frm the same person shld warrant any investigation sharrif.
